Dude, same. I've had moments where I was in alpha mode (and this was me long before I knew TRP) and was near close to getting laid right on this living room floor where I am typing this up. This girl was 7-8/10 kind of girl and she relented to all my advances. Then blue pill shy guy comes up and inevitably ruins my chance of getting laid by her forever. Even more cringe worthy was what I said to her via text afterwards and I'll leave that to your imaginations of how I fucked it up.

I'm cringing at my own past as well because there were both alpha and beta moments in my high school years, both of which I hadn't realized until coming upon TRB recently and I can seriously understand why the alpha way works so well (damn well nearly lost my virginity in the heat of the moment in my school, but thank god my beta side saved me from that disaster).
