| 3 | I need advice.I think you should get a lawyer. I see your point about avoiding lawyers as it ends up being a pissing match, but in your case your spouse is being belligerent. Changing last names and dictating terms, threatening to lawyer up are not signs of someone who is thinking of the comment welfare of the kids. You should watch out for yourself and your kids. Good luck 👍 | /r/Divorce_Men | 18/11/19 04:17 AM |

| 2 | Is marriage ever worth it?Interesting idea. I find a pre-nup very practical. However there is a lot of emotional stigma involved around pre-nups. I know of atleast one couple that broke up because the dude asked for a pre-nup. | /r/Divorce_Men | 18/11/19 03:49 AM |
| 3 | Is marriage ever worth it?True, I kinda mixed them in my message. My idea was that a monogamous relationship- a committed bf-gf rel is sealed by the institution called marriage. I got married very young to my college gf, it was easy for me to be committed and decide to spend my life with one woman. Since we fell apart, with a kid involved, the whole process is f’in painful. Now I feel I cannot commit to one person any more, feel I can never trust anyone. Oh for sure no more kids ! | /r/Divorce_Men | 18/11/19 03:45 AM |
