Your mind is a reflection of your body (aka smv). You could be a very strong person psicologically but if your mind is above your smv people will push, push, push, you down to the position that yout smv dictates and you will break eventually. The way to become a stronger man is to increase your smv. Sorry, this is the cold truth.

when you think about her immediatly stop and change your focus for whatever you find possible to change. it will get better with time. don't check her social media, etc, that's fuel for the fire. cut contact with her if you already have, and don't over analyse the past. if you do those things, your brain will start to rewire in about 90 days.
