This reminds me of how in North African countries, women get beaten if they fail the virginity tests before marriage, but it is considered odd for the men to not have an active sex life before marriage.

You are so right. I quit dating because it was so much bullshit from LVM and so much energy being drained. Men lying about their age, looking nothing like their pictures, trying to turn a dinner date into a walk date, me showing up in a dress and heels while they show up in a t shirt and cargo pants, men thinking they can start groping me after spending $10 on me, etc. So much wasted time and loss of energy. Now I spend my weekends doing yoga with my girlfriends and hiking with my dog instead of…

Thank you for writing this. You put all the stuff I was realizing, but we can never talk about it or we get vilified. We can't even walk down the street at night, go on a hike, travel to a foreign country, live alone, without people warning us that we will get raped/sexually assaulted. From the age of 12 I started to get cat called by men well into their 50s. In some countries like India they have women only trains because the sexual assault problem is so bad. Acid attacks are also a huge proble…

I've had the exact same experience. Older men preying on me when I was 14, male teachers getting fired at my high school for having sex with students, bosses commenting on my breasts, homeless guys on the streets trying to follow me and call me names, exes cheating on me and using my money, the overwhelming majority of men I have met have been trash and I was brainwashed that it was just my fault. I'm so grateful I found FDS and realized it's men that are trash and society will put the blame on …

Yes, a lot of elderly women are on benzos in my facility and can never get off them because of how dangerously addictive they are and how long they've been on them, in the 50s and 60s women were just seen as neurotic and prescribed benzos like a bandaid instead of the marriage/life problems being addressed.

You are completely correct. I always thought it was bizarre that many people see 50s America as how it should have always been, when the majority of the world was in shambles recovering from WW2/Korean War, and segregation was still normal.

Not to mention the emotional labor too, in my last relationship I found myself having to remind my ex to do things all the time, I helped him apply for unemployment and find jobs because he would just play video games all day, I reminded him of his family member's birthdays, he also demanded I cook/clean/suck his dick (and he never showered or brushed his teeth). Its disgusting how society normalizes that men can expect women to do all of this, but if we expect men to pay the bills instead of 50…

I completely agree with you. I wish I was told to stay away from relationships in my teens. I didn't know any boundaries and let too many guys take advantage of me and I didnt realize the emotions and risks that come with sex and hookups.

I've experienced the exact same thing, all of my boyfriends have been porn addicts. I realized that I need to find happiness in being single and developing my own hobbies and interests and expanding female friendships instead of feeling that I "need a man" because that just attracts LVM and dusties. If a HVM crosses my path then that's great, but I think most women should be going their own way because the majority of men are not worth our time. I've deleted all the dating apps off my phone and …

And frequently the child ends up idolizing their LVM fathers if the relationship doesn't work out because the father will pop in once in a blue moon and buy the kid a bunch of toys and let them eat junk/fast food and not enforce discipline. So the kid ends up resenting their mothers and idolizing their fathers even though the mother is putting her blood sweat and tears every single day into motherhood while the father is off doing his own life.

If we are working mothers we are called heartless for dropping our kids off at daycare, if we stay at home we are called lazy, women cannot win, either way society vilifies women.

Adoption is notoriously difficult too, my co-worker spent $30k in fees for the process to adopt and the birth mother changed her mind last minute.

I recently had this happen to me, I was seeing a guy who initiated dates and affection but then he admitted that he didn't feel anything and he was faking it, I just didn't understand it but now I realize it's super common.

A friend of mine was a SAHM all her life until she found out her husband cheated on her with multiple women. She filed for divorce but besides splitting the value of the house she gets nothing from her ex husband because the kids are all adults and there is no alimony in her state. Now she is in her 50s and is fighting for retail jobs and can barely survive.

Its horrifying how choking is being normalized and if you dont let your boyfriend do it you are "boring and vanilla", its actually extremely dangerous and can cause sudden death due to the oxygen deprivation to the brain, and rough anal sex without lubrication can lead to serious fissures and tears that can lead to surgeries, many ex porn stars have needed it.

This reminds me of how I thought I was special and desirable that much older men pursued me when I was 15-16. But now I am older I realize these men were disgusting and weren't found desirable by women their own age so they chase and manipulate children and pressure them for sex. With the sex revolution we are taught that sex has no consequences, but I and many other women are still psychologically impacted by it.

You nailed it. Men want women to do everything for them, have sex with them whenever they want, cook, clean, appease their emotions, but then expect us to go 50/50 on rent/bills. Even if the guy does pay he thinks he is entitled to your body and labor whenever he wants. This is why they rage at women having successful careers, because it makes low value men useless.

I was thinking the exact same thing as I watched my co workers juggle working full time, a baby, cooking, cleaning, and they complained that their husband would just play video games. At that point most husbands are just sperm donors that add little value to a women's life and most men do not deserve to reproduce.

You're so right, I started to date a guy and I was surprised that he showed me decent respect and didnt pressure me to do anything I didnt want or manipulate/cheat on me like my ex, then I realized those qualities are very basic. The bar for men really is low!

I noticed the same thing! I know someone who earns around the same salary and has no problem spoiling his girlfriend and never expects women to pay, meanwhile my broke ex called me a gold digger when I asked if he wanted to pay $10 to go blueberry picking, I cant believe the disrespect broke scrotes give to women, but rich men would never do that!

I agree with you, women risk cervical/uterine cancer from HPV which usually doesn't show symptoms for years until the cancer starts, we risk harm when we stay over at a man's house, the man could hurt, murder us, force anal sex and cause rectum damage, women risk SO MUCH more with sex than men, not to mention all the risks and pain of pregnancy and how it permanently changes our bodies, how many women died in the past before c-sections, certain birth controls cause blood clotting, medical aborti…

I know right! They criticize women who go to uni and have careers but then we ask them to pay our bills and rent and they call us gold diggers/leeches and to use our own money. The level of disconnect amazes me.

Girl I'm in the exact situation! I took a year off to work my ass off and provide for my ex, I paid the bills, gave him sex whenever he wanted, cooked and cleaned, now I hate myself for doing all that wife shit for a man that never put a ring on it and never provided. He cheated on me and now I'm last minute enrolling in univeristy, I took some community college classes when I was with him but half of the credits didn't even transfer. I will never EVER give up my career path for a man ever again…

This is so true, I talked to my grandma about how she grew up in rural Eastern Europe and she said the mothers would birth many children, take care of all of them and watch them, butcher and smoke rabbits and pigs, handwash all the laundry and dry them, sew/knit/quilt, plow and harvest the garden, repair the house, heal injuries and treat sick kids, dry and can foods for the winter, etc. meanwhile the men would go off into their lumber or coal jobs and drink and go to whorehouses. Today when men…

Aliexpress has dirt cheap fashion and you can find sellers selling very feminine clothing with ruffles/bows/floral. Many sites are just dropshippers that are just reselling from Aliexpress.

I was raised with my mom working full time while also cooking, cleaning, potty training, disciplining, helping with homework, driving me to activities, paying for flute lessons, buying me games, while my dad would come back home from work and sit on his computer, play games, and sleep in the basement. I realize now how much of a parasite my dad was and how my mom was basically a single mom. But women are still pressured by society that we are not "complete" without a man when most men provide ze…

I have had the exact same experiences. I realized I had no interest or sexual pleasure in sending nudes or pretending to be obsessed with giving head, it was all just for a man's pleasure. I just did it to be validated.

Yeah, it's ironic that the protection we get from men is to guard against other men. Women are excelling in universities and employment, doing perfectly fine without a man, while incel low value men will kill women for not giving them sex.

I wish my mom raised me to embrace my femininity. Growing up I was taught to never date, that I should study and avoid men. I didnt realize that I was supposed to let men pursue me so while I was in my teens I chased men and didnt understand why they ghosted me. This sub really opened my eyes that I have to embrace my feminine ways and let the man do the chasing.

I completely agree with everything you said, a high value man will respect you and have pride providing for you. For a while I was warped by my relationship with my ex, he constantly body shamed me, made me pay for everything, on top of that made me cook and clean while he played video games and watched porn constantly. I thought I was never good enough and felt like I was low value, but in reality I was dating a low value man that did not appreciate or value me. My dream is to be a stay at home…

I was thinking the exact same thing! I find that most people just want hookups on dating apps and will ghost after a few dates if they dont get what they want. My local church has many old people, families and children but not many single adult men. It seems the only way is dating apps, but I avoid apps like Tinder and make it clear that I am searching for a long term partner and eventual marriage. That seems to scare off most of the people that only want hook ups.

My ex would refuse to work and called me a gold digger whenever I said its his turn to pay, I felt so guilty for years if a man would even buy me $5 sandwich and start freaking out about how to pay him back. Reading the FDS handbook made me open my eyes that a HVM takes pride in providing for his partner.

Low value men go violent incel mode when you politely reject them and spout crazy insults. They think women should accept them no matter what even if they are low value, but they demand the most attractive women and treat you less than human if they deem you unattractive.

I completely agree. In India and the Middle East marriages are frequently arranged, because the parents want to ensure that their kids marry a suitable partner that can provide. Many times a strong connection is formed afterwards. I dated a man who had no idea about finances and would splurge his whole paycheck on video games and computer parts instead of saving for a down payment on a house and investing in retirement etc. I don't even care about marrying a rich guy, but a man with ambition in …

Yeah it seems really dependent on the branch and rank. My bestie was an officer in the AF and it's very competitive to even join, and your fellow officers are all well educated and an equal balance of women and men. I assume something like enlisting in the Marines would be horrible as a woman.

A husband material guy needs to have a mixture of "alpha" and "beta" traits. If a guy was 100% alpha he would never commit or care about you. Most women seek men with a mixture of traits, takes control, strong, leads, but also caring, loyal, and supports the family. A man working hard while the women takes care of the kids, house, cooks, and cleans is not a beta provider. A guy who gives money to a woman while that woman does nothing in return and sleeps with other guys is a beta provider.
