I did not concede that. I said if you have a problem with the way men are treated, go do something about it. Absolutely black men have it harder than white women. I’ve never heard of the FDS sub. I think people fail to realise that there are spectrums to these kind of ideologies and there are always extremes which do mirror each other. I think the internet is a dangerous place of echo chambers and confirmation bias. Reddit is a pretty severe case of that because you’ll find extremists will huddle all in one group.

How have the men in power benefited women? We literally saw the other day the powerhouse of the western world take away reproductive rights from women. We see every day in other countries where women are subject to extreme violence and oppression and are treated like dogs.

Feminism hasn’t “gone too far.” There are always extremes on every single line of spectrum, wherever you go. Yes, but being on birth control for years has a severe effect on womens reproductive organs as well. The onus should not only be on women to put hormones into their body to prevent pregnancy. This needs to happen on both sides.

That is absolutely not the main cause of depression. You have simplified a vastly complex issue for your own purpose of trying to blame women for the fact that men commit suicide because they are “average joes.” Not to mention, plenty of “average joes” (although arguably subjective as to what is an average joe) have plenty of friends they can lean on and get support from. That’s a jump, skip and a leap from calling men predatory to calling them racist. Also, historically, men are predatory. There is not a single woman you know who hasn’t experienced a predatory man and who hasn’t been affected by predatory culture. Also, the difference between women calling men predatory and white people calling black men predatory is the imbalance of power. Women are punching up, white people were punching down.

It’s not discriminatory. Women do not get the same opportunities in the workplace as men. So I’m not understanding why men are having a cry that they are trying to even the playing field. Quotas suck (especially when a female hire finds out about them) but they work.

The understanding is that one person in this affair has made a commitment to another person and isn’t honouring it. In this case, the woman has made absolutely no commitment to the other woman. So in that sense, only one person is having an affair and it’s the married man. I’m not saying that the woman is ethically sound if she knew he was married but again, she’s made a commitment to nobody. If my husband had an affair, I would be mainly angry at him.
