I haven't exactly made a habit of constantly crying in front of women but expressing vulnerability to them hasn't hurt me much as far as I'm aware. Obviously if it's excessive that's a problem. In the instances where it did hurt me, the situation was rocky anyway and it may have contributed but ultimately was not a huge factor. Obviously different people have different tolerances for it.

I hear this repeated constantly but the class clown types I've known did not pull women. The only "funny" guys I know who pull women are attractive before they open their mouths.

I always thought this meme just came from those couple of years in middle school when the girls all got really tall at once before the boys did. My experience is that most people of all ages aren't very mature with no huge gender gap.
