When I think of Kim I don’t think of her as overly out there she was always in relationship so her body count as far as us the public is concerned is probably 5-10 like 6 that we know of

I think he just hadn’t adjusted to it yet he just needs to get used to it, or maybe he prefers being casual and he just doesn’t know how to articulate it properly
