It's not all that it seems. Yes, its true that I've brought home 3 women I met at Gaslamp/PB bars/nightclubs in the last 8 months, but for the amount of effort I put in, let's say that it wasn't very efficient. I am at these fine drinking establishments 2/7 nights a week. The problem with the nightlife here is that the men outnumber women almost universally 7:1. It gives nightlife a very predatory vibe, and so when you approach (female) strangers, even in a friendly way, they usually go on the d…

Thanks, do appreciate the response. Every job has its perks, and that is definitely a nice one. I guess it is really just a matter of getting out more, especially where new people congregate. I am based in San Diego.

There are very few chances I'll get to ask someone with this much true experience, so I'll ask a recurring question I've had for months. As a very busy single professional, if I am not at work, I am at home resting. Where in the world do I find new available girls? Back in high school, university, and grad school, I didn't even put effort into meeting girls; they just fell into my hands through shared classes or mutual friends. Building attraction was easy over a set of a few days. Now, I am REA…

Hi Neil, I've been following you for years now. Your words have changed my life in many ways. But, for all of the progress I've made, there is one thing that continues to hold me back. All of my friends have called me out for it, and think I'm doing well for myself other than this perpetual Achilles Heel. How do you deal with rejection and not let yourself take it personally? Repeated attempts have not "desensitized" me. I still go out and constantly apply all the techniques, and they work, but …

excellent read. I think a lot of guys think about too much BS when trying to pick up. It is as easy as finding someone you want to bone, coming up with a plan on where to bone her that night, thinking about the logistics, and then charging through with unyielding determination. Also, what he said about creating "paths of least resistance" is gold.

going to be straight up. Beard needs to go, need way better style/clothes....just copy what people wear to bars. Do all that and you'll be golden.

i have lived in many different cities. I can tell you this varies by culture. In new orleans, people will come right up to you and have 10+ min conversations if you'd like. In NYC you get weird looks if you try to talk to people, because they go on the defensive. Yea, its annoying, but there is a context: there has been some very not-so nice people in our societies, that have done awful things to others. Just look at the news on any given night and you can watch reports of all the violent crime …

out of years of reading different blurbs on the subject, I don't think one comes as close to the root of the problem as this.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
