How to deal with Competitor in Dominance Hierarchy to gainYes. It's a full-time job tax free pay. Over 30k a year which for students in my area is a lot of money | /r/askTRP | 03/03/20 07:59 PM
How to deal with Competitor in Dominance Hierarchy to gainI'm on a cut plus have alcoholism issues and we both have different ideas on the direction of the chapter. | /r/askTRP | 03/03/20 06:55 PM
Respect in Guy GroupsThis is what I needed. Thank you very much. DEER and setting boundaries were my big issues. The rest I am doing a good job at. How do you set boundaries with someone who is constantly degrading you and shitting on you? Every time I tried in the past (with other people) I get laughed at and called a pussy or a bitch. Those times were before I found TRP so I was a pussy back then. | /r/askTRP | 17/01/20 12:32 PM
Best way to deal with hazing? There are two types of hazing. There is the type that is meant to push you to a new limit and prove you earned your place as a brother and there is the hazing that is just a sadistic form of torment to get the ego of some brother's off. Figure out which of the two you are going through and if it's the first stay, if it's the second quit. Go to the frat subreddit and follow thefraternityproject. He talks about this often. Lots of old posts you can read about it. As an active fratter I don't regre… | /r/askTRP | 20/12/19 10:10 AM
Some good redpill channels? I distinctly remember one where the dude had a mascot that looked like Slender ManBill Burr is a great one | /r/askTRP | 20/12/19 10:08 AM
Translating personal success to laysWouldn't that make me shit where I eat? In the clubs on campus I'm established at wouldn't I risk ostracizing myself if I do that? | /r/askTRP | 08/12/19 01:46 AM

Social LifeThere are friends to have for fun and there are friends to have for serious stuff. It is rare to find someone who is multifaceted. I'd suggest find friends you can have fun with while networking and getting involved with various charities nonprofits politics etc. Where you can meet people who share your drive and ambition. Join a fraternity too if you're in school (or start one) and create the culture that you want too. That's what I did and it's worked wonders. | /r/askTRP | 05/12/19 04:47 PM
ConfidenceSquat plus bench plus deadlift. It's a decent goal for beginners that'll take several months to accomplish. | /r/askTRP | 05/12/19 04:57 AM
ConfidenceJust over 2 years in the grind. Accomplished a bunch of shit and lost others. Went to the gym and am part of the 800 pound club but gained alot of fat (don't dirty bulk dipshits). Started a successful charity, elected to several organizations (im a student) both on and off campus, VP of the largest frat on campus. I don't think you will ever be 100% sure of everything you will do. The thing about becoming self aware and confident is being aware of your short comings. This is compared to a cocky … | /r/askTRP | 05/12/19 02:48 AM
Why do I get sick after big lifts? If someone who has been bullied his entire life and did 0 sports growing up goes all in doing even 50% deadlifts for 4 sets of 10 reps and excercises every day pushing himself in the gym that could be over training. Start slow doing 30 minute jogs (couch to 5k) 3 days and a basic gym routine (starting strength) on the other 3 days is a great start. You are right that proper nutrition recover and hydration is good advice but it's only half of the equation | /r/askTRP | 05/12/19 02:39 AM
Why do I get sick after big lifts? That's really bad advice. Most people don't know their bodies limits especially if someone has never trained before then pushed themselves they can cause serious damage to their bodies | /r/askTRP | 04/12/19 11:36 PM
Why do I get sick after big lifts?Start slow. I started with the strong lifts app especially with deadlifts and switched to Phul. | /r/askTRP | 04/12/19 10:42 PM
Why do I get sick after big lifts? No expert but maybe you're going to iheavy or pushing yourself too much? It could weaken your nervous system if you push yourself too much | /r/askTRP | 04/12/19 10:15 PM
Theoretical Alpha vs Real AlphaThe way you describe him yes he is an alpha but the context can change. Also in the side bar there is no alpha male only alpha and beta characteristics. | /r/askTRP | 28/11/19 09:55 PM
