3	Increasing strength and hypertrophy in teens Don't worry about maxing out. Focus on your working weight. 185 for 10 is a good goal. Just keep lifting and upping the weights. Don't overload just for one rep. Also I would advise not deadlifting. It's big risk for the pay off. Doing squats, leg press, leg curls, and rack pulls are safer and a more complete work out. My parents divorced before i had any memory of them being together, really missed out on a male role model when I needed it most. But in school I felt a stronger relationship with every male teacher I had because it was someone who I could relate with. 2	I don't like following and watching sports, and I feel most guys judge me I fucking hate watching sports. I would much rather be doing them. Getting drunk and cheering for "your" team is just sad. It's not a manly thing to be into sports. Think about it, how many times do you hear guys say "That guys a beast" "He could kick your ass" "Look how big he is" Its gay. So so gay. I would much rather admire my own physical abilities and improve myself rather than sit on a couch and watch men tackle each other.
