my opinion: women before the 60's needed a man to get along with life, needed and wanted a father and a provider. Today they provide themselves everything because they work. So they have shifted their preferences and look just for the tingles. It's kind of a Maslow thing. When everything else is satisfactory you deal with things in a superior level of the pyramid. Of course then the internet made it easier for the ego-boosting, attention seeking behaviour ... but there men are also to blame for …

how is the sexual market non-fungible when the bodies of the implied pass away with time and become less valued (just the opposite of diamonds or other non-fungible products which don't face the arrow of time)?

is that another example of how whites want to look cool by adopting blacks? Trendy here in Europe (among leftists mainly of course)

the ones who dodged a bullet are the two former dads ... because surely lil' princess here must think she has bad luck with guys and where are all the good men gone, right? That's what she must be telling the new one

The problem I see with this reasoning is that why would the prize approach anyone? They should be noticing what a catch such a guy is. And that more often than not is not happening. Once you make the first move the balance is shifted and the power is hand out to the person approached. That's why Outcome Independence and Spinning multiple plates are also required at the same time. Being the first one the most important of the two IMO

Exgf did a variant: "Dont you get mad when I talk to other guys?" that happened after we were together at some event and she approached her last beta orbiter (who had been in love with her until she LJBFed him) and started speaking to him and touching him. When I saw the situation I left to do other things. Later when she asked me that I told her: "Why should I be jealous? In the end I am the one going home with you"

That made me cringe. Lucky to be far away from that subculture. And also at 8:03 -> Comic Sans :S ... couldn't watch anymore of it

I expressed it wrong (English not being my language). I threw them into a drawer. Although I see your point, I think having books on love, relationships and stuff isn't the most masculine thing ... or wait, she was shit testing me ... agh!

I think I had already signaled my beta status by having these books around so maybe she nexted me ... we haven't talked for a while so definitely I'm out of the game. Which is great cause once you start being RP you just say: "Oh crap I fucked it ... ok. I'm not gonna get anything here. Next". Time for oneitis is gone!

my answer to any insult: Come on ... I thought you'd come up with something funnier Regarding expressing emotions: I took a pic of my bookshelf to show some books to a girl and she commented on how many books I had on relationships, love, falling in love, self help, etc (which I bought after my ex dumped me time ago). Guess what she said? ... That's gay. That's not usually male books. Guess where I threw them ...

Meet my first oneitis: We had a thing while my best friend was dating her best friend (and had dated & dumped other girls before). She was always crazy for him since she was 14 so she dumps me when she hears they stopped dating and I feel worst pain ever. She starts dating my best friend and 2 years later marries him at age 20. Lately people start seeing her crying a lot, lonely, etc. So 3,5 years later she is depressed, unhappy, tamed him and the alpha went beta, the guy she idolized is dumped …

those stories make a lot of us look alpha++ by comparison! Yet another example of what scarcity mentality, oneitis, not feeling good with yourself as a man can make you do. After reading the review which another poster did, how can't he see why he should get the hell out of there? Well, to him that OPTION is better than no options I guess

I read this post some days ago http://illimitablemen.com/2014/04/13/monk-mode/ and found all the motivation I needed to isolate, introspect and improve.

me 34 ... she 19 ^ From the first day I met the family the mother was "selling" me her daughter as in she is so this and so that ... and the truth is the girl is hot and has other interesting things so I started gaming her with my poor expertise (I must admit I'm a recent awaken to the RP). But as I move from Beta up I make mistakes so in the end I decided to stop and retire to improve myself and my game. I'm meeting her every week at church but I started to keep it to the minimum and I think ev…

I have been noticing it a lot in my boss and my father. Growing up I listened to my mother whining about how my father "never listened", "never was there for her" etc and so I grew up with the feeling and the idea of not being like him cause that made women angry and I didnt want that. Now after digesting the pill I see her bullshit for what it is and i see my father stoically enduring all her shit tests and unreasonable complains. TRP made me value my father figure more than ever before. My bos…

How to treat the ones you next (i.e: they weren't that into you and you tried to measure her interest) if you have to see them often? In my case my ego gets hurt and then I go radical into ignoring them kind of butthurt. How to change that feeling?

Maybe it is not sex the thing he is searching for but the feeling of having someone who cares for what you are. So even having sex with a complete stranger wouldn't relieve him cause he is after the human connection with someone

sometimes high value guys create attraction in every girl's mother and that is unfortunately no way to get the girl because "pressure"

If she was even decently lookable and had options she'd transform into a ONS girl. She is just hamstering her not looking for sex cause she isn't getting it anyway

telling a girl I cried for her when parting to my country (LDR) and was about to sent her some pics I took of myself crying (never did though) and now I am glad (she left me after a while after being there for her every night listening to her crap and being too nice/bp) writing for another one (unrequited love) a lot of poems, and even a daily logbook on my feelings for her and how she was the queen of the world (WTF I still have it somewhere and I cringe just by opening the cover. It's a nice m…

a hamster talked to me about the guy she dated for a year. He got along well with my parents. But I couldn't love him cause I didn't admire him. The more he did for me the less I could stand him. I was listening and thinking: I have read this somewhere. Thanks manosphere!

Guy gotta be a psycho to play that act ... :S ... I wouldn't be able to make it even in my most alpha days

You didn't listen and nobody would have done it in your situation cause they make you feel special so you can't have the same thing happening to you .... oh, wait! Been there and thought of warning the next one, but hey! why would he listen to me, I was just "her mad ex" afterwards

I got: Will you wait for me 6 years? Told her: Just asking me that shows where this is heading and here ends our relationship. Unfortunately got sucked in again and she ended it around 4 months later.
