My lowest was 155 and I looked like a holocaust victim. I got there from 210 pounds of lard, so it wasn't the same as your 210 probably. Now I'm 165-170 and a bit skelly-ish but athletic looking. You can see clear lines in my pecs, but you can also see ribs so I've still got work to do. Got a bit of stomach fat now, but nothing horrendous. 34s were snug at 210. Now a 30 is a bit snug where it used to be about perfect and 32s are doable with a belt so I'm probably around 31" actually.
