Yes, I'm referring to little to no convictable evidence (after thorough investigation) under a post talking about punishing false rape accusers. Because it still causes massive defamation of character. If someone accused you of rape, but there is no convictable evidence, the accuser should definitely have to pay for the accused legal fees because it's a major defamation of character that cause people to lose their jobs, friends and family. This is a slippery situation. While I feel that in most cases, it's not possible for all rape cases to have obvious evidence, I also don't believe that people should be jailed without evidence. It's the only way to also not jail the accuser (assuming they are telling the truth). I would prefer a system where if you have an accuser but there is no evidence or not enough evidence to jail the accused, then the accuser should cover all of the legal fees of the accused, but not jailed.
