The chance to miss on the first try is 95%. On the first and the second is 95%*95% = 90.25%. On all twenty tries it's 95%20 = ~36%. Therefore chance to succeed is 100% - 36% = 64%.

if I think something's against me at about 20:1, I'll put in 20 different proposals or versions to make sure I get what I want FFS, that gets you only like 64% there, professor. Where did you get your PhD? EDIT: I realize this is irrelevant to the topic, but still it irked me enough to comment. Other than that, good article.

Botanical garden. Zoo. A park (there usually are plenty of events happening there, like concerts, movie nights, classes, if a simple walk is not enough for you). If you can go to these places by bike or roller blades, even better. If there are activities in neighboring towns, take a train there. Have you been to all museums and art galleries around your place? Go out of town for a hike, find a destination with a lake or a river so you can swim. Organize a camping trip, if you think she'd be hesi…

I noticed I only consider setting ultimatums like that (i.e. some condition or we're done) when I'm mad. But that's a wrong mindset to approach any decisions in.

setting up another date for Saturday and ending it explicitly if she isn't interested. Is there ever a good reason for explicit ending?

It'll sound how you make it sound, you can say it laughing or even flirtatiously. You're right, making it sound angry is fail. But so is giving a polite answer to that shit test.

Girl told me she only dates tall guys. "Yeah, I only date tall girls too. It's never gonna work between us, but who said anything about dating?" Then continue the set as if nothing happened.

I had noticeable improvements in my late twenties. Some can argue that it wasn't growth as much as just a better posture, but hey, I'll take that.

OP, listen to this guy. While you're too old to grow any taller, your skeleton is still being shaped. Head over to gym. This will get you broader shoulders and better posture. I'm not even talking about confidence boost.

Here's my noob advice, which should be enough to at least gain some confidence. Look, unless she's way out of your league, has a boyfriend nearby or she's not in the right state of mind to meet new people, chances are, she wants you to approach just as much as you do. If not, she'll let you know soon enough. Maybe more advanced approach would have worked here, but who cares, you just jump into the next set. First things first: warmup! On your way to the place listen to upbeat music, banter loudl…

Do those women only talk about relationships in that video or do Chinese women still venture out at nights to score some lowlife dark triad jerkboy member? Not sure if it's related to China, but according to this Vice documentary about the same topic in Japan, Japanese women with reasonable income just don't fuck. They spend money on themselves, party, but don't participate in relationships.

Doh, you probably encountered that soon after some Cosmo article or a blog suggesting that. When girls pull something like this, I'm always in awe how natural it comes off for them.

I agree with your correction. Red pill doesn't have to accept it, but he shouldn't fight fire with fire. I consider the red pill framework different from men's rights advocates. They have intersecting topics but completely different goals and therefore different tactics.

Considering for the moment the green text story is true. What's the point of being furious about it? Isn't the goal of red pill to accept a situation for what it is? Let's just keep this as a warning for potential consequences of your actions, as well as a material to prepare you against shaming tactics from hypocrites and blue pillers. Not as a fuel for misogynistic hate.

There's no reason not to show it to you whatsoever, whatever result it shows. Put it to her this way: it's not even about you trusting her, according to your (or any other normal person's) principals, it's really wrong to do anything with her after an answer like that, even with a condom.

Another thing Mark Manson talks about is demographics. OP has access to niche market which most of us here can't tap. Being active participant and in your cultural groups and meetups helps huge amount. Connecting with a girl at all-Indian event is a lot easier than picking up random stranger at a bar.

It's great that you pick up on this naturally, but someone else doesn't need to be raised by wolves to be oblivious to it. A while back I needed to read about these indicators to grasp them consciously. Hell, I'm glad I reread them briefly just now.

It's your place, so act like that. And you only need to care for people you care about. If that includes a cute girl you're seeing first time, you must include a girl friend she came with.

The problem here is not the definition of rape but the definition of unwanted, as she often has little clue what she wants and it changes constantly depending on too many variables.

This is just the female hamster explanation of it. Her explanation usually falls back to rationalizing it later: "he was so aggressive, I didn't have a choice, it's all his fault". I agree about your biological/evolutionary explanation of this behavior, just want to add that it's beneficiary for her to feel being desired (it's not just hamster). If a guy uses her as a rug he'll succeed but only if she has control issues. A guy trying to validate himself through her (girls pick up on this) will s…

Their rape fantasy is consequence of them wanting to be madly desired to the point of guy losing self-control. Not actually being raped. Unfortunately that doesn't change anything next morning.

I'd agree if that was his idea to go to a play, but at $200 it's her attempt to game him. In any case I don't like girls picking venues. Unless I really want to be there I tend to dodge their ideas.

The situation is bad. I hate it when chicks flake on your plans and then come up with their own. And $200 event? If she expects you to pay for both of you, limit her expectations "$200 on a second date? No, let's go rollerblading in the park. Make us some sandwiches, I'll pick you up." Chances are she'll come up with another excuse, next her. If she expressed that she can pay for herself, just dodge the play giving even more ridiculous reason than a funeral, unless you really want to see it your…

If you say "sounds like fun, lets do it" you're pretty much committing to whatever scenario she picks. Dodging it later under any excuse will be a shitty move. It's better to be upfront about money. Guurzak's "I only spend that kind of money on women I'm already fucking" sets her expectations accordingly. Don't forget she's 20 y.o who wants to dynamo her 35 y.o. papi.

Lawyer up. You cannot be charitable. You'll get fucked by the System either way, so there's absolutely no reason to start at disadvantageous point. Fight for every penny: in the end, if, after all the alimony and child support, you decide you got the better half (unlikely), you can always become charitable then. And only then it'll be met with gratitude. Lawyer the fuck up.

I disagree. Where did you infer "man hating" from? Their protests aren't about hating a man. The man, yes, as in hypocrisy of government or within organized religion. Some also cover sexual exploitation. I don't condone all of their actions, like chopping down the cross dedicated to victims of Stalin purges, but I see where that came from. If they've raised man hating topics, the article OP linked would indeed be hilarious. But they haven't. It's still an interesting article, but not "gold".

Only Femen has nothing to do with feminism. They protest about a ton of topics, some are gender related, but they are not feminists.

From the article: ... The typical woman, on the other hand, is a discovery-oriented shopper. Starting out with the same idea of purchasing a pair of black slacks, she will more typically approach the search with an open mind. What she really needs, she realizes, is a professional look for an upcoming conference. Not impressed by the slacks selection, or pleasantly surprised by something else, she readily adjusts her goal. The process might take significantly longer than 30 minutes, but it is mor…

Kids are a huge detriment. Obviously not for you, since you have that of your own. You have a lot in common to share with single moms so it might be even a plus. I'm clueless why it's so surprising for her.

This won't help your case, but something I figured might help an LTR if done in its early stages. It can be done when when you're about to step up the relationship somehow: whether you're just having a conversation about your relationship, thinking about engagement, marriage, kids, etc. Chances are, right now you're in better physical shape than you'll be later in a year, two, ten, etc. That's a good point to complement her about it now and mention (maybe even jokingly) that when either of you s…
