It is my firm belief that all the rhetoric around male suicide/mental illness are just shit tests to get us to out ourselves so we can be disposed. Just another selection filter to weed out us defective males. Everyone grows cold & distant if you even hint that you may not be well. A line from Super Troopers often echoes in my head: "Desperation is a stinky, stinky cologne, John."

I feel like women equally focus on equality at the bottom of society, with sex workers' rights, domestic violence, voting rights, beauty standards, etc. These are primarily problems for women. If they truly cared about lower class issues, they would address the workplace death rates (97% men), homelessness (98% men), suicide rates (overwhelming men; spare me the "attempt" BS), and family courts.
