Why do we need even studies for this? It's a simple analogy and common sense. If a girl loves to sleep around her chances getting wifed up drops significantly. Generally Men don't want to waste putting time and resources to a child that's not his. The more she hoes around the higher the chances the child is not yours!

From my perspective and experience. First I build myself or should I say focus on improving myself, how? Get mentored in what skills you're lacking, one of the quickest way to learn in action and it would get you to the right mindset. And also quit porn or masturbation, this is one of the most destructive way to f*ck up your life. This may be also me the cause of demotivation, non grittiness, lack of self confidence, insecurities.
