An extension: learn to walk away when the "price" is too high, or you feel you will get nothing in return for your time/emotional/monetary investment. Part of being used by women in a betabux/orbiter sense is that you are always on the giving end. You are giving your time, your validation, or your money. All relationships are transactional and if a woman wants a relationship that is not beneficial to you, you have to be able to walk away from it.

Canadian here, but I feel the exact same way. Bezmenov (a soviet dissident) wrote an essay that sums up that fear pretty well in "LOVE LETTER TO AMERICA" where he talks about how dumbass westerners are swallowing communist propaganda hook line and sinker. Depends on the country. I'm in Canada and get asked all the time by my family if I'm on roids and constantly get told to "tone it down to stay safe". I just ignore all criticism because it's made picking up girls an order of magnitude easier and has increased my happiness tenfold

On man, I'm 30 and have a babyface too. Just do a clean bulk. If nobody notices, you're doing it wrong. I went from getting shot down/ignored by pretty much any female that I approached, to getting stared at pretty much anytime I'm in public. I find that having a babyface, muscles, and solid income (to pay for style, car, and lifestyle) makes it way easier to pull chicks in the 18-19 range as they don't really perceive you as being older than them.
