Yeah it's a myth that people ever thought the world was flat.

Can you give an example of correcting a bad behavior covertly?

Well she is kind of disingenuous about it, she basically claims that gold-diggers don't exist.

Lmao, that's her? I see why she disappeared after that.

So I guess all the activists who ever accomplished any change were just lucky?

Do you not want women and men to be punished equally?

You may be able to get the number that delivery men will call you from, not sure.

I think it would be key to be able to walk away in that situation. Like I would start putting my clothes on and walk out the door. If she was actually pretty fired up she might be like "oh just this once".

You really think they would deny you sex if you insisted on wearing a condom? That seems pretty fucking crazy to me.

It's not too complex for me, she would not be a part of my life after an incident like this.

There's other people in the thread who do have daughters and said the same thing. It seems pretty obvious to me that someone who wants to "teach their parents a lesson" in ways like this are mentally damaged people. Who's to say that next time she won't try to frame him for something else, or just poison him to teach him a lesson.
/r/MensRights14/08/16 10:09 PM

Honestly if I had a daughter of mine do this to me they would be dead to me.
/r/MensRights14/08/16 10:00 PM

Well the mental health crisis is also due to people surviving that wouldn't have in previous eras. For example, someone with schizophrenia today can live possibly even a completely normal life and reproduce to have schizophrenic offspring whereas in a previous era with no anti-psychotics they were much less likely to make it that far. Same with depression, anxiety, ect. Those people would be much less likely to survive in previous ages, but now with meds they can make it work and reproduce.

Lol tfw the point you choose to start your movement with is a myth.
/r/MensRights09/08/16 05:00 PM

Couldn't it be the area also? Obviously some areas are predisposed to have more selection for women or vice versa.
/r/askTRP09/08/16 09:34 AM
11

"Let's not talk about equality in terms of women being treated the same as men when it comes to crime. That's not actually where we should start." Why because being a woman is the best way to get off on any crime? I guess you gotta avoid reason when you're delusional.
/r/MensRights08/08/16 07:49 AM

But...he's a man, he can just take it. What if she gets hurt while he is defending himself?
/r/MensRights08/08/16 07:46 AM

Yeah, it's not too often that someone figures out their wife either committed a felony or cheated on them. Like you said, either option is pretty bad.

Lol why so much vitriol?

Lol they should sell benzos on flights. Passengers on xanax be like "oh we're losing altitude? We're going down? We'll probably be fine, I'll just close my eyes."

More like women want to be equal to the top males like guys in STEM careers, and fuck all those construction workers and janitors. And none of them seem to understand that guys at the top worked pretty fucking hard to get there.

/r/MensRights06/08/16 10:16 AM

Lol yeah, that double-standard is funny, or at least me imagining the guys thought process is. Like "Oh this guy is doing bad things, I've got to stop him, oh wait I can't do shit to this guy, nvm better just call cops, this guy is the reason they have tazers..."

Gotta investigate all those hurt feels. That's 1st degree feels assault to look at a woman/girl without her permission.

Yeah I never really understood that point. Like who the fuck gives you the right to say who can and can't take pictures of ANYTHING in public? You wanna have total privacy go to your private island, bitch.

/r/TheRedPill29/07/16 03:05 AM

I think maybe the reason people don't like it so much usually is that guys use it as an excuse to have oneitis for a certain girl because they are "friends" when in reality she is just using him for validation or is just toying with him. Another reason might be that as a man you will likely get less out of friendships with women than you will with men. You can't really talk about deep subjects having to do with manhood or dating with women as they will either give terrible advice, not really car…

Well there are huge cases that were found to be completely fabricated, like the duke lacrosse case, or the uva rape case. There are a lot of different estimates but the numbers of completely false rape reports are probably somewhere between 25 and 50%.

You are absolutely correct, though I can't say that any of those consequences are too harsh for this person. Might as well use the terrible system for this person who probably deserves it while we have it in place.

Lol I hate it now when people bring it up because I feel compelled to say it's just a bad statistic but most people don't even understand stats well enough to know how they're figured so you can't even explain it. You're just stuck saying you're wrong but you're too stupid to understand why, which is typically not a winning argument at least when talking to a group in person.

You write a few lines in response to a paragraph, I believe almost everything I said is relevant to my argument, if you're not even going to challenge anything, what is there for me to respond to? You're basically just insulting me and using that as an argument...

Just because you have feelings does not make them logical, just because something is illogical does not mean it cannot cause long lasting harm. Emotional abuse is not some subtle enigma, if a person causes emotional issues for you, then you should remove them from your life. If they are verbally abusive then I'm pretty sure there is a legal standard for what that consists of so there is not much point on arguing what it is or is not. How much stress the father is under or how hard he works is ir…

There are different kinds of intelligence. Some people are extremely good at WoW but that's not exactly a life skill. Being able to apply knowledge to improve your life or be efficient is more valuable than just having lots of knowledge. It'd be cool to be a savant at math, but you'd live a life of loneliness with no social skills.
/r/askTRP08/05/16 02:34 AM

What the fuck? He works hard so emotional abuse is fine? YOU don't understand how the world works. Many uk politicians work hard, so can they molest boys and get away with it? That's an extension of your arguement. Check yourself.

I just didn't want them to find anything wrong with him, which then his parents could put pressure on him to take meds or something.

If you don't think you're depressed and you don't have suicidal thoughts or lack of interest in things you usually enjoy, you're not depressed. If you're happy with your level of socialization then don't worry about it. Just tell your parents that you've become more of an introvert or something. As for seeing the psychologist, it won't hurt you to do it, though I wouldn't bring up red pill or anything like that. Nor would I really bring up why you stopped hanging out with friends. Just say that …

How did you get to this point? I am like this with most of life, but not with women and relationships as I fear rejection. I'm pretty much monk mode right now, but I'm interested in how you cultivated this apathy for rejection, or whatever you would call it.

Having an empty mind is a fundamental misunderstanding of what mindfulness is. While many people seem to think that meditating is emptying your mind, it is not. It is simply not reacting or judging your thoughts. Your brain is never completely quiet, you just learn to be more present in the moment than in your thoughts all the time. Monks don't have an empty mind, they have a very calm mind.

Lol? Ceasing to live is a pretty shitty night? I wanna see what happens to you on a bad night. Seriously though mixing alcohol and other CNS depressants is not a good idea unless you are very very careful.

Just a thought, but I feel like some waitresses might accuse you of trying to get your date drunk and rape her or something. Idk, just something to keep in mind that you could get suspicions put on you if you ask this to the wrong person.

If you pursue a major in business you should be able to start a business in just about any area, or get a lot of different jobs. The degree doesn't matter as much as having a degree. Focus on acceptance and self improvement, and you will be satisfied whatever you end up doing.
/r/askTRP23/03/16 03:29 PM

What the fuck are you talking about? Stop making it so complicated. Stop trying to get a girlfriend, or whatever, stop acting as if you are some business expert while you are still in high school. Keep it simple. Workout 3-5 times per week with SL 5x5, Ice Cream, or another workout program. Start meditating, reading, and cultivating hobbies that you enjoy. Start talking to more women, but don't start asking them out or whatever, just focus on having good conversation skills. Depending on your cu…

Passing on genes is a biological impulse, not a conscious goal. What benefit do you derive from passing on your genes? Kids that you likely won't get to see?

I don't know if you are content with being an atheist or not, but if you ever feel like your life has no meaning or something like that, there is a book called Polishing the Mirror by Ram Doss about a guy who went on a pilgrimage to India for meditation and spirituality and it's pretty good imo. I wouldn't say that I believe in the traditional sense of a god, more like a sense of connected-ness between everything and everyone. Even if you just read it for fun as opposed to spiritual enlightenmen…

I beleive that the results from meditation are because it causes the brain to become more interconnected and therefore more efficient at processing.
/r/TheRedPill21/02/16 06:38 PM

Huh, I notice the benefits in the first few days, and if I stop I backslide like crazy. I have depression, and it makes me feel 100% better emotionally. I'm only doing like 10m a day right now, so I can't imagine what it will be like if I can get up to 30 or 60 minutes.
/r/TheRedPill21/02/16 06:36 PM

You're right, it's called the witness conscious. You perform actions or feel emotions, but then you also witness yourself do them and seperate yourself from them so you can be content and at peace regardless of what happens to you. If you want to read more about it check out Polishing the Mirror by Ram Dass.
