(Details in comments)I was trying to find what the OP was referring to and I think I found a similar source: http://www.mvfairhousing.com/pdfs/ad-word-list.pdf This is for Miami Valley. It looks like they created a specific word ban list from advertising that's in compliance with their own rules. It's quite possible that OP may be living in an area or may be buying/selling with an agency, or whatever else, that created its own list of banned keywords in advertising. The police is legally able to intimidate you, misinform you, conveniently "forget" things you've said, make things up (in which case it's your word against theirs), etc. etc. Someone else in the thread already posted a video on why you should never talk to the police.
