"woman (women) only" is listed to use "with caution" as well under same asterisk "male(s) only" is listed as not acceptable (but still with asterisk permitting use) "female(s) only" is list to use "with caution" under the same asterisk as all the others. (Details in comments)I was trying to find what the OP was referring to and I think I found a similar source: http://www.mvfairhousing.com/pdfs/ad-word-list.pdf This is for Miami Valley. It looks like they created a specific word ban list from advertising that's in compliance with their own rules. It's quite possible that OP may be living in an area or may be buying/selling with an agency, or whatever else, that created its own list of banned keywords in advertising.
