29	How should you “hit on”/ask someone out when they are surrounded by friends? Id say no bro not where youre working. A lot of the time people will just be friendly and wont actually be interested. maybe give a little compliment like hey i like your x or something like that then wait for them to go up to you and engage in small talk. Usually if youre behind the bar theyll walk up and order a drink and its a perfect opportunity to gauge whether someone is into you.
