Maybe you're just over thinking. It doesn't look that serious to me. "If you feel like you got rejected then move on. You'll get to know many girls. This girl wasn't the only one. Rejections are part of the journey." Try again next time and don't feel bad that "I fucked up" "She isn't interested" etc etc stuff.

Yeah it's normal to feel like you need someone else's company sometimes while also feel comfortable alone sometimes. It depends on the activity and situation. I feel like this multiple times.

I'm working on it but my appearance makes my morale down. I understand that personality matters (which mine is shit I'd say) but appearance also helps right. I kind of freeze or stutter around girls cuz i try too much even when I'm not trying to get into it and just want a healthy convo.

I have similar problem. I can talk to strangers easily and make small talk/conversation. But this only accounts for males (of any age) and females (only if they're of older age). I'm more scared of girls around my age. I get shy and scared when I imagine "what they might think about me" "they have to talk to a ugly guy like me" or "they will be thinking how bad/uncool I look " etc. That's why i try to run away or stay away from girls due to these reasons.

Lol I'm a med student myself 😅. I'm a 2nd year mbbs student and there have been many blood donation camps in our clg/vicinity and so I just go there to see fellow students donating blood while I thank myself for not being eligible for donating blood 😅. I know donating blood is a good deed cuz it'll help someone in need/emergency. But I'm shit scared of it.

Bro donating blood is my worst nightmare 😅. Something about blood gets me shivers and my body gets out of strength (like postural hypotension). It's good that I'm underweight so I'm not eligible for it.

Thanks bro for the advice. I'll see a doctor to find a cure for this. The real problem is my awkwardness cuz I've never touched a girl (aside from family members). So I just need to work this out. Personally I do want to hug or kiss a girl but I'm just afraid/shy about it.

But as it is prescription only, first i need to see a dermatologist. My hyperhidrosis not just involves my palms but my soles, arm pits, butt cheeks, groin, legs, back, etc. In short my whole body is under it. Thanks I'll see a dermatologist.

Yeah I've got jeans only so that'll work. As for shoes I've only got blue shoes (3 pairs 😅) till now (one pair of black too which I've worn very less) and a pair of brown leather shoes. So I'll get some other colors like green or red. I'm trying to get into fitness but not able to rn (cuz I'm not planning to go to gym and doing just pushups gets boring so i quit. But I'll try. So the third point which says : clothes should fit Means to avoid baggy clothes right ? Now I'm lean and skinny so my shirts kind of look baggy. If I'd wear something fit, then I'll look more skinny i guess. Also the other point is color combination. I don't know which color shirts go with which pants or vice versa. Btw thanks for the advice
