This too shall pass. Ride it out, indulge in hobbies, spend time on your health and make money. Live a life of self love and freedom. People come and go.

Never be completely loyal to any job that you're in. And never bust your ass or put in maximal effort toward a company that, in the grand scheme, finds you easily replaceable. I used to stress a lot at work because I cared too much about doing things perfectly. Now I don't care.

They love dumping out their problems to you verbally. But when you do it to them? They cannot handle it and they'd rather you just shut the fuck up. Cruel, but that sums up the majority of them. Their approach to love is transactional in nature, which is disgusting.

Oh bro I had a date with a woman last year who I knew had anxiety and mentioned that I did too. Her interest faded the moment I brought that up. I was very bitter, but now that bitterness is fading as I age and realize it only harms one's self. Ultimately it's an energy drain that has no value.

Rebuild and never forget where you once were and how people treated you when you were at a low point.

This is why MGTOW became a necessary path for me. I can't help what I have, it's been with me for the majority of my life. Individualism is therefore the only answer.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
