Provide anonymity and seal the identity of those accused until they are actually convicted. Open up some of the libel laws to allow for repercussions on those making false claims. Here in Ontario at least there is no law or anything on the books that a mother has to inform, name or anything else related to the father. I found out 10 years later after my ex gave my daughter to her mother and then my daughter was passed off to my ex's aunt who kept and raised her. 2	I got "THE" phone call today. Women I haven't seen in 15 years has a 15 year old. If no courts are involved then it can go any way depending on the situation. Initially I went without the courts system and everything was well until my daughter was actively choosing to spend more time with me. If the cop is giving you attitude then you can not say anything while being polite. 3	Sad It's not hard to keep a parent away from their child if you've got custody. I've had to resort to getting my daughter a cell phone just to ensure that I can have contact. Even still she'll only call me while out walking the dogs and give me an abrupt "Got to go, bye" when she gets home. Debt from unpaid child support sat at $2 billion and 60% of debt was from overdue penalty payments. It's a little different than that.
