Build your frame back up then try again, but don't keep acting desperate like this. The snapchat example is a (mediocre) way to see that you're nothing to her.

It's not apologetic; maybe you're not a native English speaker because it's a clear sign of empathy given the shitty situation he's in. In other words, it's like saying "damn that sucks to be in that situation; I hope you get out!". TRP and forums alike, aren't pissing contests. I highly doubt you're a fucking stud IRL because you're trying to showboat online. Most secure individuals don't do that.

Lol... I'm sorry for your bad experience. Learn they're techniques on apps. They higher value they look the more fools they'll rope in especially if they're a <hb5. You She shit tested you and you responded like you wanted to keep going. I'd leave the minute she proved that she is a hamplanet. Photos were from years ago at best.

Yes. 1) think of TRP theory and look for it interations 2) Respond to testing 3) internalize TRP 4) reflect, review, examine self-improve for proof This is just my personal experience. I'm 19 like yourself so message me if you want to talk.

Yeah, the emphasis on yourself in TRP is about catching the best fish not any fish by being your best.

Yeah when I was looking up r/relationship advice... Fucking women on there only give advice that submits men to fucking constant irrational standards while women are constantly reminded that they're the hypergamous one who can get ANY Chad, especially, one who is conquerable. Then they said TRP is misogyny, so I had to see who would ever hate women... then I realized, they fucking inherently knew that TRP works and they wanted to simply write of being understood.

High intensity sprints one day a week is better then jogging everyday. Look it up, but for confirmation, but endurance/toning is jogging, strength/build is sprints.

This is the best one for a LTR because it communicates her prowess to you (while not answering the question whether or not she actually is a slut). IMO, for a plate I'd respond "I only fuck sluts" like u/-The-Pussy-Whisperer because it gives her a little angst because it adds in your sexual past/prowess, yet it obviously implies the obvious.

LTR is the embodiment of staying with one person. That's why TRP theory is most relevant for men in relationships because it helps maintain a homeostasis of attraction on her part, to you. You are obviously attracted to her, that's why you were giving her access, but you didn't apply the theory. Realize that you let your guard down. You lost frame and subsequently lost her. GL. u/cruelironage is right about getting over it and accepting the experience as a learning experience. Now you know not t…

Yeah, that's what this advice so far has made me realize. I cannot just simply make her anxious to keep her after me. She is rather sensitive to stress, which I knew, so I feel a little shitty because I can do a lot less and keep her chasing me.

I'm gonna do that. Thanks!

Yeah, she treats me like a king. I readily admit though when she shit tests me I sometimes go to far, and I use dread sometimes when it's unnecessary. I've realized that I got to cut back and I'll stay below lvl 5. I've gone to far and I need to tone it back.

No she doesn't. She recently was diagnosed, but her therapist wants to do more sessions. Coincidently, her therapist is on maternity leave for a year so she has to get a new one. So it's a little messed up on that end.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
