Or, if anyone has any specific books they'd recommend to learn more about the subject. His book 'Tricks of the Mind' sounds like exactly what you're looking for. He talks in great detail about how to pull of a variety of 'magical' tricks, like hypnotism, sleight of hand, etc.

Is this the Radmacher v Granatino one? I didn't know that had come out yet - link? Edit: OK, found a link. But I'm pretty sure pre-nups were already very persuasive already - this doesn't do much other than confirm the current attitude. A step like making pre-nups binding would have to be made by Parliament.
