If the procedure isn't medically necessary, or having the consent of the adult individual in question, or any other extenuating circumstances I may have failed to consider, then no, by no means is it 'ok'. Sadly he wont be able to get his frenulum back ever.. but with more people such as yourself agreeing that its NOT ok, then hopefully less men will experience what he has. Thanks for supporting this.
