8	Going out alone tonight. Please, I need your help. The way I'm able to get up and go out alone is I pretend I'm on a business trip and I just go out to see what's going on in town. You don't have to do anything. Just go out there and there's always a chance you'll just randomly meet somebody. Dress nice and you'll feel your confidence go way up. Just hang around and constantly look for ways to make random conversation or just make jokes. You have nothing else better to do anyways.
