You'll get diarrhea long before you reach 5000 calories of fat. 5000 kcal of protein is a 44 ounce steak. Most people wouldn't be able to finish it and would be satiated long before half of it. Carbs are the only way the average person will get anywhere near 5000 calories in a day. Carbs are poison. They are the cause of ALL inflammation disease, which includes diabetes. Considering this, I hope you eat 5,000 calories of carbs daily. That's the fastest way I won't have to deal with you anymore.
