Not by law. She was the one to strike first. Her fault end of story. Self defense does not lose its power due to the conflict ending. She struck him he struck back in self defense. This video is enough to prove self defense in a court of law. By the way you don’t know what happened before the video either. He could identify as a female. You don’t know. All we see are the facts. She kicked him he retaliated. That’s pretty much the definition of self defense.
