I've done all that stuff. I work out regularly, I've seen therapists for years, taken medication. I meditate. Ultimately, all of my depression comes from the fundamental belief that I'm genetically unable to be attractive to beautiful women. I've spent years trying to break that belief system to no avail.

Thanks man. The reason I've convinced myself that she's not into me is because we've always joked around and flirted, so maybe she just thinks it's a friendly thing/said yes to be nice. She also hasn't talked about it with her friends, whereas she beamed about her first date with her ex (we're in the same friends circle). Am I overthinking things?
