In the appeal she tries to use that she was a victim of domestic violence to keep the money. https://fox17.com/news/local/court-orders-woman-to-give-estranged-husband--13-million-in-lottery--winnings

The inital post chain was talking about a specific situation. THat is why i responded as such. There are things that OP's brother can do that he hasnt'. If you cant do the bare minimum why would a judge grant you custody? The bare minimum of calling the cops to enforce visitation. Its free.

That's why you file every instance with a cop for every time he gets denied access. Now you've built up a pattern of behavior which will hold up in court as contempt of court orders. If she continues to withhold access she faces jail time now. If your brother can't be fucked to go through simple stuff of documentation of access withholding why would the court want to give him more access?

If he is legally entitled to access and she wont let him then you go to the cops because shes breaking the law. Also you get it documented and fight for full custody

This video is from a few years ago. I don't think current huffpo would react the same way.

I mean it talks about how men are forced to view themselves as masculine, it talks about how men have to take the shitty jobs, and it talks about why it seems there are less women in certain workplaces (something that men often take the blame for).

Yeah, usually it is rather anti-male. However, this specific article highlights the issues of both men and women's rights in what I thought was a clever and entertaining way. Kinda wish I wasn't getting downvoted for it though.

Did you read the actual article? It is pretty damn relevant to issues surrounding Men's Rights.

Japan's declining population has more to do with cultural perspectives rather than access to birth control. Also you are assuming our population growth is highly dependent on unwanted pregnancies. There are people who want kids and will still have them.

It's because a pregnant woman would cost more, so prevention of pregnancy is cheaper.
