Here's a little summary in case it's too long for you so you know what it's about: Most of the get back with your ex advice is focused on no contact and working on yourself for 1-3 months which is way too short to make any lasting change. Second, most guys shouldn't get back with their ex because if they look at it more closely there was usually immaturity on her side too. Also most guys that try to get back with their ex so fast usually have an anxious attachment style which is usually attracte…

The oneitis will always come back unless you keep dating multiple girls always, but most guys do want a relationship at some point. The fear of loss is really what you should be looking at, cause that's probably a deeper issue and if you don't work through it then it's likely to always come back

I agree with this, texting can be brief and only for logistics if you already got a really strong connection and seeing each other. Otherwise you want to show your personality and not make it boring

Exactly, RSD has once in a while things that are good, I'm not going to say they're all bad. But honestly if you go full into this and follow it, it's extremely damaging to your psychology long term. And lot of those guys have been depressed, which is normal since they're so deep in their narcissism and the moments that wears off it's not good.

Usually means in person you didn't connect as much as you think, you also need to go past just flirtation. Online there's a lot of flaking, but there you need to make sure you're texting is very good till the date.

Yea I get that, it's when you're goal oriented or results oriented. It's the same when approaching girls. Try to change your mindset to enjoying the moment and enjoying all of it. This includes the kissing, caressing, every part of sex. Not just giving her an orgasm. The whole experience means more than that and presence is most important in sex. Just like in approaching, enjoy the interaction not the potential result.

Vulnerability doesn't mean sharing everything with everyone. There's certain parts of yourself that you would only share with people that you trust completely. The shame is a bigger deal. You need to figure out where that shame is coming from. Usually it's deeper than what you're saying and most of the time it's from something in childhood. You can really only be vulnerable with others if you're vulnerable with yourself first. So you have to figure yourself out first before thinking of being vul…

Then it's not PUA, I know those guys and none of them call it PUA anymore or want to be seen as that. There's a reason they try to get away from that label.

I agree with the first 2, easy and simple. Number 3 is not bad but I wouldn't just focus on asking questions, it'll sound like an interview. Once you ask something then start talking as a conversation. Maybe you ask where she's from first for example. Don't just ask another question right after that. Go into and start adding stuff of yourself too. Make it fun. Let's say she says L.A. or something. Then you can right away tease a little and go something like "you're basically a unicorn right, alm…

approaching girls isn't PUA, that's not what i mean. I mean more the mindsets they teach and how they try to "game" girls. It definitely works but it's also borderline manipulative and attracts in my opinion the wrong girls. I totally get in the beginning that it's great if you haven't experienced a lot of dating yet. It has good tools sometimes but so many guys go down a pretty unhealthy way of thinking of dating and relationships. Just the whole thing of seeing it as a game is unhealthy. But I…

The whole PUA and gaming way is just not that good long term. I know because I've done it, really unhealthy long term. Plus it usually leads to emotionally unhealthy women since they're the ones that are attracted to "game" most. And most PUA types can't sustain a long term relationship because you can't game a relationship, eventually the real you comes out and that's not the exact same person that attracted the girl. It's incongruent. Sure, learn how polarity works, masculine and feminine ener…

Start applying a 3 second rule till you get better. Basically within 3 seconds go over and talk, don't give your brain a chance to talk yourself out of it.

if you are in the friend zone then give some distance for a few weeks, don't hang out as a friend for a while. then when you see her again treat it like you would a date

Reading books helps a lot man. It's so important to keep educating but at the same time applying it. I would actually go more into psychology books, it's so much better for your life and long term dating. Once you get your psychology a bit better it'll make a bigger impact than any lines or tactics. I recommend Drama of the gifted child, body keeps the score, mating in captivity. Just what you'll learn in those books is different than what most people know. I've had conversations with girls abou…

That's awesome that you've come to this realization, some guys never get there. Pick up and that type of lifestyle is unfulfilling, I've been there too. A lot of pick up is borderline manipulative and will attract of game playing and emotionally unhealthy girls. The best way is to start maturing more and learning more about your deeper psychology. Really figure out what you want and are attracted to and why. And yea finding a quality girl is hard, but who says it should be easy?

I wouldn't focus on just pick up tactics as a lot of it is very game-y and won't feel like part of you. You'll have some success since it's better than doing nothing, but you really need to develop your own psychology at the same time or what you might call "inner game". Everything flows from mindset and your state, the emotions you're giving off. This takes more time but is more fulfilling than just learning tactics and will attract higher quality girls.
