go to the SSC gym for a couple of sessions and get coachings on your lifts. Once you know Squat, bench, and deadlift you can go to a closer gym. 1 or two sessions is enough time to learn the basic lifts and SSC coaches know their stuff. They have an option on their website to get a private coaching lesson. DO IT NOW. Also as a novice form is more important than program imho.

How do you balance cf and bjj? Is recovery hard? Also what are some good pwo meals? I sometimes strugle with eating healthy after working out cause I want smash everything.

Get a Starting Strength Coach. By far the best in the bussiness. Can be a littlle pricey but its worth it.

What's the Nike style exactly? Joggers and athletic shorts?

That's garbage, you almost most certainly can train if you really want too. Doctors don't know much when it comes lifting. You can squat, bench, and deadlift.

Buy the starting strength book now and read the whole thing cover to cover. Implement the material and that's all you will need.Join the starting strength forum and if possible get a starting strength coach to go over the lifts with you.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
