Although I don’t think that what the Labor Youth Party did was racism at all, it doesn’t really matter because it isn’t a feminist organization. Again, what does this have to do with feminism? Rape is where consent to sexual act is not given. It’s statutory rape, where both parties could still “agree” to do some funny business, but one party cannot legally consent in the eyes of the law.
