the general consensus seems to be that around 50% of rapes are unreported. Once again, I'm personally surprised that the number is so low. There is very little chance that a child raised in a healthy environment would need psych drugs, but chances are quite high that some 'professional' will tell you that he does. It doesn't seem to me to promote anything more or less than temperance. If she consents, it is not rape, no matter how drunk. The alcohol is the problem and not predatory men.

Assuming that you are serious, please, please elaborate. Two weeks ago a girl consented to sex with me while under the influence. Are you telling me that it only looked, sounded and felt like she consented, but she was actually getting raped? That must be what you are saying, because you believe that it is impossible to consent while drunk.
