Just saw this post not too long ago. The comments are pretty split on whether or not it was a good idea but many people have pointed out that they both agreed to wait before having kids and he had no say in whether he wanted to be a father or not. Honestly there was one idea that I lived a lot where there's an opt out option but it had to be done before a certain number of weeks into the pregnancy. This babes it so that she had enough time to get an abortion or keep the baby and not yet did child support. If the man finds out later than the weeks and can prove it then he can also opt out.
