very telling that they couldn't give you a single example of that quote and just posted some pop philosophy nonsense that as a woman they think "speaks generally for men" lmao

The fact that you are introspecting like this means there is a lot of good in you. Everyone has a lot of room for improvement, but you are worth a lot more than you think. If people are rejecting you and making you miserable, even when you are doing your best, then you can still find people that appreciate you some day. I don't really know why you think there aren't women here though, lol. Have you not been here much? There are a surprising amount that post regularly or drop by randomly.

This helped me understand it a lot better, thank you. I'm kind of embarrassed I didn't make this connection sooner.

My favorite thing I've ever seen there was a post complaining about how "sexuals" (their word for normal people) act like anti-sex people are pretentious and think they are better than everyone else, and then the comment section instantly devolved into their usual circlejerk over how morally superior they were with people concluding the sexuals must just be insecure because they are inferior. I don't think I have ever seen a community with so little self awareness before. It played out like a sk…

New contender for the worst comment I've ever read here. I would frame this on my wall if I could.

No, I've heard Australia is infamous for giving crazy low sentences to heinous crimes committed by either gender. The public response is very telling though.

I've heard some messed up and out of touch things in my time here, but "male rape victims aren't in any real danger" might be the worst fucking thing I have ever seen in this community. Please never say this to anyone again. If you ever wonder why men try to act like they are fine after getting raped, it's because of people like you.

I am in awe at how many people think it is ok to start being openly sexist against men in a space filled with men on the verge of suicide. The last time I went there was after a woman I looked up to said horrible misandrist things to me, and I was met with even more people generalizing me as an abuser because of my gender. I don't know where to go anymore.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
