1	Hmmmm We're conflating sex and gender pretty hard here. Gender and body dysmorphia are completely different concepts. Physical dysmorphia is a legit mental disorder that I have a hard time believing is best treated by going under the knife as no other form of physical dysmorphia,is treated that way. Gender dysmorphia is pure fantasy and where my larger issue lies.
