3	Arriva has banned shorts as a part of their uniform, offering only pants or skirts regardless of weather. So 13 male employees opted for the skirt as a protest. Right, in your profession you must wear pants and long sleeves not because of appearance but because of safety, and I would imagine that your dress code is applicable to both genders for the very reason that if you have unprotected areas of your body you very well could burn them off.
