Oh my bad, you’re obviously a very genuinely honest and intelligent person.

I don’t know why I insist on replying to garbage arguments to be honest. Especially when you’re so obviously not arguing in good faith.

Kinda confirms the whole wall of text thing has just been a bunch of bs meant to obfuscate your argument and annoy readers no? Seems like you knew you were wrong from the get go and trying to protect your ego by spinning an incoherent “argument” and acting superior when you clearly know that you don’t have a leg to stand on.

So no? No source?

Louis was never accused of rape, do you have a source for that?

Where did you comment on Louis being accused of rape in your original comment? What you said was Louis was canceled because of accusations and being bad at dating. That’s what was refuted, because he admitted the accusations were true and he admitted it was wrong.

I mean we’re discussing the metoo movement, and your own source says that sexual related abuse is almost 100% perpetrated by men so that’s a massive disparity in my books.

No one is changing the subject, the other commenter said Louis admitted what he did was wrong, you disagreed, I provided evidence. I don’t know what any of the novel you have written has to do with any of it or how saying what he did was wrong could possibly be construed as a strawman.

If you’re not claiming metoo is solely about rape then there’s no strawman argument.

Okay. You contend I’m being arrogant and metoo is solely about rape. Do you have any way of backing that up or is that just like your opinion?

I have a feeling you’re just going to reply with more worthless rambling about how I’m “incorrect” but you’re the one who made it about rape, the metoo movement is about more than just rape as it should be. It wasn’t a strawman and this is just a feeble attempt to move the goalposts. I do agree he had more sense than me to not engage with you.

“k, if that's true where's the source then? edit: that's what i thought. bc he never said that and you know it” ^ the comment I replied to. Stop being arrogant, you were clearly wrong and now you’re trying to have a different discussion with me that I’m not interested in having. You’re unpleasant and you seem to have a chip on your shoulder.

No one was saying anything about rape, you’re well off on an obsessive tangent I didn’t sign up for. I replied to you laughing about how C K never denounced his actions. Awkward at dating doesn’t describe what he did in the least. I don’t want to reply to your unhinged rambling about how rape accusations are worse than rape. Thanks anyway.

Discussion was about wether Louis regretted what he did and denounced it. Then you started laughing about how there’s no source for that when it’s literally right there in black and white. I guess I offended you when I pointed that out because you went on some tinfoil hat essay rant about how you know his real feelings and men are the real victims? Hence my wtf.

I mean no, I don’t think the massive disparity is that easily explained, it’s a nice theory but the idea it’s that massively underreported is laughable. I’m not saying it’s not under reported and under investigated but not enough to make up for that giant gap in the numbers.

No on both counts. This is a great thing that happened and it adds perspective to the situation but men are still hugely disproportionately in positions of power and still hugely disproportionately abuse those positions. Domestic abuse is also mainly a male driven issue. This will help men be believed and slow down the “believe all women” train. That’s where they went too far. Louis was jerking off infront of strangers, not "bad at dating” smh

I personally think she should put on a burka and hide her shame before discussing women’s rights Edit: Obviously /s but honestly I don’t know if I’m getting downvoted because people knew that or because they didn’t.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
