Humans Can't Be Empathetic And Logical At The Same Time. Doesn't matter who has more or less as we're all limited by our fallible reactions; those who act emotionally will make a logical mistake, & those who act logically will make an emotional mistake. There is no superiority between the two. Write all of this down, ESPECIALLY the part where HR fails to do their job. Document as much as you can. I'm pretty sure you are far down the rung in the company, which is why you have to be aware that you may end up losing your job anyways due to you passing on your Bosses constant advances, which in turn will make any future job you get in Jeopardy as the, "claim" from your current job could be, "Problems with Homosexuals". Without names, what is your line of work?
