Challenge the easy shit and then just leave the rest at bay: for instance, a lot of what was said in my Fem class was basically "If you're white and a man, you're the worst" so I challenged that by telling the professor that the sentiment is not supported by our universities core values; instead of bringing everyone together, you're separating us. He acknowledged his error. Unfortunately this may not be the case for you. Just use judgement and you should do fine.

My issue was with music. I was listening to the wrong kind. Rap/Hip-hop was fulfilling, but it left me in a haze. I switched over to jazz and more progressive stuff (certain progressive metal has the ability to get my blood boiling within minutes: I feel so fucking alive) and haven't gone back. I'm a fucking powerhouse now.
