i disagree. doing a cartwheel and driving are very different tasks. driving is all about reaction time and being aware of your surroundings. for someone that knows how to do a cartwheel, they usually do so without actively thinking about it.. so if you're plastered, yeah you'll probably fuck up, but you could easily do one while above the limit, but not completely gone. in my state, they don't do any of these subjective sobriety tests, they just go straight to breathalyzer if you smell like booz…
