Agreed. Probably gonna be talking about them like "she was the one that got away" and shit if she doesn't just rip off the bandaid. Do it fast, and let him be someone else's problem. More time for both of you to heal, and you shouldn't expect to change or improve anybody.

If you have time, I HIGHLY recommend Jordan Peterson's Personality and its Transformations YouTube playlists. He has the entire course as lectured for free for anyone to watch. Going into it I could not have imagined how influential it would be.
