3	Don’t empower children to become bullies While I do agree, women should be allowed to be assertive just like men are ... this is a slippery slope. The problem is - this whole "women are queens" trope is run to the ground. Every girl I know on instagram is posting "well behaved women never made history" as some sort of excuse to act like a giant moron. There's a woman at my office who, under the guise of being "an assertive woman" speaks rudely to everyone and is loud and obnoxious all the time.
