I actually own 3 cat sanctuaries and hire multiple vets every year. If our vets ever told somebody that they can throw their cat I would fire them on the spot. I'm not sure if you understand this, but here on earth there is this thing called gravity. It makes you come closer to the center of the planet. Not PPD related, but this could be due to the lower quality pilots they are willing to accept in order to meet diversity requirements. Females tend to get breaks since there are extremely low rates of female pilots. They of course do not get off scotch free if they are terrible, but if you are borderline suitable, the difference between being female and male can make or break that decision.
