1	Most men don’t really have an effective way to quell loneliness outside of a romantic relationship. I mean I go to therapy and I have a lot of deep connections. 2) if you have acquaintances invite them to watch the superbowl or throw a party. Doesn’t have to be expensive. Just some beers and snacks. I invite people to play board games. 3) volunteer. I do at an animal shelter but whatever you’re interested in. The key is consistency. 0	Most men don’t really have an effective way to quell loneliness outside of a romantic relationship. I mean I would recommend 1) going to therapy 2) doing things in real life- no electronics.
