It's only hard because of our primal instinct which is automatically assumed as "love". We can't overcome it at once and for all but we can rather accept it and be best on our way. What's importance is that we are taking control of our own life from societal to biological oppression.

A man of culture. Good for you since they're the pinnacle of what we really want them to be but no longer. As long as it makes you prioritize yourself first and it doesn't involve nagging, manipulation, heartwreck and divorce, it's all good.

Loneliness is often caused by external validations. It's deeply rooted but we can overcome it as long as we hold on our own purpose while going our own way.

Used to have BPD until I found this sub. You'll get better eventually and just follow their advice. Recognizing yourself is the first step.
