Try dating people with ADHD, for some reason it seems to work, no studies yet but I've read of several people agreeing with this. My personal experience confirms if it matters (I have adhd, my partner is autistic)

For me it was after I divorced. I thought I had to start dating again but I wasn't even remotely ready for a relationship. Also I think there was an element of "it's not like I'm waiting for the right one, that didn't work". It lasted about a year, then I got tired of always starting over with someone new. 2. I guess that I wasn't ready for emotional connection, I was hurting and not emotionally available. 3. I don't think it's a matter of "some men vs other" but more what I was looking for. If …

I wouldn't, but I'm sure you can find someone who will. A friend of mine was asked to do a threesome with 2 guys in a little red riding hood roleplay on tinder, I don't see why you can't ask for a practice date!

Those women clearly didn't get the memo, we agreed at the last women assembly to only go for the top 20% of men

F38 I met my boyfriend on tinder at 36. I met my ex husband at 25 because we were in the same friend circle

Current partner on tinder, it was mutual and effortless. Ex-husband through friends, he was sending me signals, I did all the work. Random guys after the divorce, also on tinder, they did all the work.

Ok, I don't have to convince you, I just shared my story with the person who asked the question

Nope, you got cause and effect mixed up

I was as long as we were in love. Of course when my feelings for him changed, so did the attraction

I would have chosen nr 2 until I divorced. My ex-husband was the opposite of my type, but that didn't protect me. Looks are in no way predictors of behaviour, my current boyfriend is my ideal man under every aspect.

I don't want children, if he's too good with babies he might actually want his own and we wouldn't be a good match. I don't filter by that though, I'm just crystal clear about not wanting children, so he can decide for himself.

How are you going to complain about men/women being all alike if you choose a good person?

I'm an immigrant in a foreign country, and my ex husband had dark skin eyes and hair. It's just an aesthetic preference.

All the kids in kindergarten were the same race, it was a small town... Also the ones I didn't like...

I think I like blond men because of this kid I met when I was 5, I have changed age range in the meantime lol

More like fetishization of a blond kid I met in kindergarten

Ok, but when I tried to match regardless of looks they really didn't take the opportunity to be honest. It felt more like "oh she matched me, so she must want my dick". And even in real life, dating down in terms of looks never brought me more in terms of personality. I started filtering on looks only at 35, so unattractive men would have had plenty of time before then.

I do, other women will select differently. Edit: Also when I wasn't filtering on looks, I didn't find better qualities.

I like tall blonde nerdy men with blue eyes. I tried to date guys regardless of their looks, but they still just wanted sex, so I decided to stick to my type. So among all the blond blue eyed guys I dated, I chose the one who was also sweet, interesting to talk to, and interested in a relationship.

I met my boyfriend on tinder, we have now been living together for a year and a half, so I guess it was a success. He was the only one that didn't push me for sex, the conversation was funny, flirty, sweet. I remember that I was on a date with another guy and I couldn't wait to get rid of him and go back to talk to my now boyfriend. Edit: his ice breaker was a comment on both our profiles. In mine I wrote that I stop to pet every dog I see, he had the same thing in his bio, but about cats. He as…

Definitely 5, we also have a dog and could go happily (were)wolfing all together

I was faithful to my ex husband for 10 years (25-35), after the divorce (35-36) I fucked every hot guy within reach, now I'm faithful to my current partner

Current partner is 6', ex husband declared 5'7" but I'm sure he was shorter. I'm a little under 5'6"

Good at communicating, does/plans something nice for me every now and then, is interesting to talk to, works on his self improvement, is honest and non manipulative.

I don't cheat, I would break up if the relationship wasn't working. I have 2 friends who told me they cheat, they are both in very bad marriages and staying "for the children" (I think the children would be happier in a healthier family situation, but who am I to judge). By bad marriages I mean that one husband is secretly gay and the other one passive-aggressive (eg: she goes to work and he doesn't feed the children because she didn't tell him to)

That is exactly my situation and I feel blessed to have him <3

I think it also makes sense that looks play an important role in casual sex, but then are a less important factor when choosing a life partner. It's not a matter of settling, but you are looking for other qualities

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
