That would be a temporary decrease only, as those people can go back to having sex.

Just don't listen to me then..... The evidence is pretty strong in places where HIV is at EPIDEMIC levels. Your refusal to read, or respond properly is your own fault. But don't strawman me. The US has the highest rate of Obesity in the world, with over 140million at least overweight or more. The diet of the average american is terrible, and the use of antitdepressants is huge in the US. The leading cause of death of adults is heart disease, a vascular issue. You clearly don't see that America's…

If that were the case, then there should be significantly higher cases of ED and PE in circumcised men then. I have looked, and I haven't found any research to indicate that. There is so much research that provides very good corollary evidence that in areas where the exists an HIV epidemic, where HIV is generally untreated, and the vast majority of cases are from heterosexual transmission, that circumcision reduces HIV infection rates. I have yet to find significant or widespread evidence that i…

Do you have sources for this? Surely the cause of these things being something other than circumcision is more likely. Mental health, diet, health, weight etc.? Erectile function in circumcised and uncircumcised men in Lusaka, Zambia: A cross-sectional study The prevalence of erectile dysfunction was lower in circumcised men (56%) compared to uncircumcised men (68%) (p < 0.05). EF scores were similar in those circumcised in childhood and those who had the procedure in adulthood, (p = 0.59). Effe…

This isn't on their actual website. Only tgram Even in the telegram video, it just says Maybe Yes, there is a draft in Ukraine, they're in an active war against a near peer aggressor, attempting to wipe them off the map. But again there is no actual context, just conjecture. Coopting this video as a Mensrights issue is just wild.

There is zero context to this clip entirely. You've attached this title and meaning to it, but provided no source. This video looks like its in Poland. The car at the end has what looks to be polish plates. A reverse image search of the frame with the second car returns results mostly all from Poland, in Polish, or related to poland/polish. Crazy. https://i.imgur.com/6SSeOjt.jpeg Secondly even if this was in Ukraine, how do you know this is not someone who is/did help Russia? Plenty of Russian s…

In most developed countries sex between an inmate and a guard can never be consensual. An inmate cannot give consent to a guard to have sex,

OMG reading the country case study on India is a mess. Supposedly about unfair sentencing, but then they don't even mention the fact that women haven't been executed, and that there are only 12 women on death row, representing 3%. And then only 4.9% are confirmed by the high court. For a paper about unfair sentences they sure do fail to talk about how the sentences are unfair. 8 of the 12 are charged with multiple murders... Their gripe seems to be that women's prisons are bad?

You said it was rare from a regular person, but said it's something thats happened from drunk women. But if a man did the same thing and brushed it off as being drunk then there would obviously be issues with that. Rightfully so.

It is today. Most jurisdictions have relatively neutral language, and simply describe any person who has sexual intercourse with another without consent. With sexual intercourse simply described as the penetration of the genitals by a penis, hand, object etc. So it sounds as if it would cover forced to penetrate.

I agree, although, very little research utilising victimisation surveys focuses on men, or both men and women, while most focus on women entirely, especially in Australia. And so even when looking at victimisation surveys that should show different statistics, there are a lot that focus on women, and very few that include men, leaving them to then rely on criminal statistics for males both perpetrators and victims and victimisation surveys for women.

Yeah because basic risk assessment and self preservation is the same thing as removing a group of peoples freedoms based purely on their gender. When it rains, I drive more carefully, because the risks are higher, from other people, from the environment etc.

Not at all, there is a bias in reporting on this stuff when the woman is the offender. They go out of their way to push unknown mental health issues as a reason and justification. When it's a man, they're a monster, and any mention of mental health is only a separate side thought, and is rarely ever used by the media as a justification for it.
/r/MensRights17/01/21 04:19 AM

Its not though. Familicide is far more likely to be something a woman does, killing their own kids is something that women do around the world far more than men do

I'm not saying it's wrong to have programs for abusers. Didn't say it at all. But at least this site and most 95% of the websites in Australia, all the perp programs are for men, there are no options for women (at least publicly), and all the support services for victims are for women. That part isn't fair. Like I said in my comment I am not saying I don't think women should have access to support, I just want to see men get the support they need,

It generally a combination of their own funding plus government funding. I've watched the senate estimates of the women in charge of that funding. But DV funding should be provided by the government for all DV not earmarked for female victims or male victims specifically. It's the org itself that needs to change it's change HOW it funds things.

Maybe don't repeat things you hear without having done the research to be confident. You don't need to provide a source with half an essay. Sources will speak for themselves. But repeating something you heard without having found a source for said information is one way to end up repeating things that might not be true.

It seems many people aren't capable of that. The level of partisanship in the US is insane. Why do you have to vote for a specific party and be a member with them.

The Dave Cullen Show and Computing Forever are both still on Youtube. Given I could only find that Computing forever was banned, it seems it has been unbanned. Sites may make mistakes in response to an influx of bad reporting, it has happened before. As long as they recognise the mistake and revoke the action, whilst annoying, and shows a clear way to abuse the system by those people who want to silence people.

This was their response: Domestic and Family Violence is significantly underfunded, and you are right, there are very few services exist for men who experience violence. In answer to your specific questions: Do you have any actual resources or services specifically for men who are victims? Or any resources or services for women who are the perpetrators? Your services page offers literally nothing for men who have been the victims of domestic violence and abuse, just services for stopping being v…

Having seen the coverage of this, I only agree that we should give him a break, but the media's coverage of this has been highly skewed in comparison to when a man kills his children. When the father is the murderer it's a "shocking act of family violence" When a mother does it they speculate about mental illness, and ask neighbours if anything changed about the monster. They're both monsters, they're both disgusting acts of Family Violence, but the treatment, and comments by the public is very …

For anyone who doesn't know what I'm talking about, the paragraphs are Experts in this field say using violence as a show of masculinity or strength is a societal attitude that needs to be changed. and While domestic violence of any kind is unacceptable, it is important to highlight that there are support services to help men who are perpetrators such as the Taking Responsibility Program, an 18-week course. A lot of MGTOW has been poisoned by people who don't even follow the key concept of MGTOW. And instead it has become just a bunch of shallow dudes hating on women, with very few men actually going THEIR own way. The point of it in the beginning was realising the issues that men face around women, and instead of chasing them, and/or complaining about societal bullshit about it, going their own way, finding themselves, bettering themselves, and living for themselves; and not living to find a wife …

It's kinda well known they did. And that she worked to build the start up, serving as one of the first accountants. admittedly i haven’t really looked into the facts about them. This is probably not a great idea if you or anyone is going to come to conclusions about it, but hey at least you admitted it, more than most. a Prenup can only protect assets you bring into the relationship. Given Amazon was created during their marriage, even the best prenup wouldn't have helped. but yes, if you're a cheater then you deserve some punishment, no matter your sex
/r/MGTOW17/12/20 07:02 AM

You can't get a prenup to protect assets you make together after getting married anyway.
/r/MGTOW17/12/20 04:15 AM

Yeah I don't understand this post, it just seems like misplaced woman hate. They made Amazon together, AFTER they married. He wanted the divorce, not her. And she took 25%, while he retained 75% and the media outlets. He's worth $180B he wasn't anymore divorce raped than a woman is raped from the stare of a man.
/r/MGTOW17/12/20 04:13 AM

What was the Dick move? He wanted the Divorce. They made Amazon together, well affter their marriage, the couple owned the shares, not Bezos alone, AND She only took 25%.

You cannot draft a prenup for shit you do together, after you're married. Amazon didn't exist before they married.
/r/MGTOW17/12/20 04:10 AM

They were amrried well before Amazon even began. They came up with the name together, and was an integral part of the startup. This isn't a divorce rape. She was part of Amazons rise as well, and only got 25%... You can't draft a prenup to protect you from shit you do together, once married.

Except she did
/r/MGTOW17/12/20 04:08 AM

She took 25% of the COUPLES shares in Amazon, that they started TOGETHER. Jeff Bezos is still worth in excess of $180B and made tens of billions of dollars over the pandemic, and has donated the equivalent of 1/25-1/200th what the average person donates in the US, despite having more money than he will ever spend.
/r/MGTOW17/12/20 04:08 AM
6

Except they started Amazon together. They Jointly owned the stock in it, and she ONLY took 25% of it. She helped him start it. She didn't marry him afterwards and then take the money he made on his own. They made it together, so this is so far from divorce rape, it really weakens the strength of the term, and insults all of the men who actually did have their hardwork taken by gold diggers.

She didn't Divorce rape Bezos. He' still worth $180B+. He retained 75% of Amazon shares, and she got a 1/4. She also was a huge part of Amazon and it's rise and beginning and Amazon is where it is because of her. The couple owned the stocks and she took 25%. Bezos is hardly struggling. MacKenzie was part of Amazon’s early team, helping to come up with the name and serving as its first accountant. They married before THEY started Amazon together, he didn't make Amazon alone and then marry her. Sh…

Lean proteins, low or no carbs, a bit of fat. Eat frequently, more time through the day, have an breakfast, early morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, 2nd dinner/supper.

Jesus christ. I have heard from some feminists its fair that women live longer because they're earning potential is less, child rearing etc. when it comes to things like retirement funds, or in Australia what we call super, they think its fair, because men have advantage in retirement funds, so women need to live longer to equal it out.... My god, what a shit show the world has become

Somehow they have convinced western society, there is a patriarchy. That's the biggest WTF moment. Imagine thinking women have absolutely zero power. For all of the things I do disagree with Jordan Peterson about, he definitely dismantles the notion of patriarchy very well.

Great information thank you. It seems that for some reason or other in todays society, men are seen as expendable, their deaths from preventable disease, and their poor health outcomes as acceptable, and not worth any intervention. I guarantee that if women had a lower life expectancy than men, feminists would be all over that, pushing for something to stop the "Gender Death Gap" etc. I would bet my entire life savings, and assets on it, because even though they come out on top in almost every h…

US Citizenship depriving that party of standing to file suit in any US Court. This is just wrong. https://www.quora.com/Can-a-non-US-citizen-sue-a-US-citizen (Yes Quora I know oooh scary, but still the answers are nonetheless accurate) would constitute a renunciation of US Citizenship How? There's no legal precedent for this, not to mention the issue of being made stateless, which the US government can't do.
/r/MGTOW19/06/20 12:19 AM

Of course not, because everyone is entitled to legal representation, and it's pretty hard firstly to prove someone was intentionally lying, and even harder to prove the lawyer knew about it, and encouraged the conduct. A lawyer cannot encourage a their client to lie to the court, obviously, but just because the client does lie, doesn't make the lawyer liable.
/r/MensRights14/06/20 07:50 PM

Attorneys send C&D letters all the time, it's the first step that is usually taken (and is expected to be taken) prior to the courts involvement. A C&D letter is a request that the illegal conduct be ceased, and that you desist from further alleged illegal conduct. It's often sent in cases of Copyright Infringement if someone is using copyrighted works, and making money, they are usually sent a C&D letter to stop the copyright infringement and to remove any copyrighted material from sale.

The issue is when you reduce down individuals actions to some group they belong to, then mark everyone in that group as that individual, responsible for that individuals actions. Some people can be animals, some people can be disgusting, some people don't value others as individuals etc. The only time when it's maybe justified, is when the group you identify someone into, is waht is supporting, encouraging or teaching that behaviour. I'm not sure about dangerous, but for a specific crime is a man more likely to be the offender, yes, especially violent crime. But then you could apply that to race. If a minority race commits half of the violent crime, making them overrepresented compared to the general population, statistically speaking someone from that race is more likely to be the offender of a violent crime. Hold up. More potential for harm, DOES NOT MEAN more dangerous. Planes have a greater potential for harm than cars, but cars are more dangerous. I was actually just waiting for them to say that commit more crimes than women to try to prove their "more dangerous" fallacy, so you could turn around and say if it applies to men, it must then apply to black people. Vending machines are more dangerous than sharks statsitically speaking, but what has a greater potential.

You were making an analogy between children and adults and women and men. You can't say in a argument about men being more dangerous than women, what about children vs adults, and not claim you're not making a comparison between women and children, that's just idiotic.
/r/MensRights02/06/20 05:40 AM

That's not a strawman. You're comparing women to children. Women are not children, and they are not harmless.

No. I'm confused about the questions you're asking, and constant rephrasing. They had a bunch of scenarios, where police might have used lethal force, they found that police are more likely to shoot a white suspect. They also take longer when they do shoot black suspects, compared to whites. But just read them for yourself, the disingenuous "so what you're saying" "in other words" etc. etc. The fact of the matter is more whites in total are shot and killed every year, despite committing fewer vi…

The multiple studies conducted since 1977 and 2014, have said that police officers are more likely to shoot white unarmed suspects than they are black unarmed suspects, one suggestion for why this is is due to officers worry about public perception of their actions when shooting a black person, but not whites.

Well a fair few studies say they aren't. See my other comments in this thread. Some studies have whites at about 3x more likely to be shot by police. With the number of violent crimes, and felony arrests of black people, if they were killed more often, they should be at least half of the total, and they're not.
/r/MensRights01/06/20 10:53 AM
2

Except when you actually control for factors, and other statistics, like total number of police encounters, total number of violent crimes, and total number of people shot in a felony stop, you find that black people are shot dead LESS often than white people. You're exactly right that a per capita statistic on this is not the right statistic. Because when one group is over represented in a metric that puts them at higher risk of another thing happening to them i.e. violent crimes and being shot…

So they're stronger than women? How does that make them more dangerous?
/r/MensRights01/06/20 09:03 AM

Yes, they're disproportionality over represented in violent crime. You're taking that statement to mean something it doesn't. Roughly 15% of the population is black, 50% of violent crimes are committed by black people. Of course i'm not saying they all do. As a population they are far and away over represented when it comes to committing violent crimes.
/r/MensRights01/06/20 07:36 AM
1

By what metric?
/r/MensRights01/06/20 07:29 AM

And we can use statistics to discount the movement now. Black people commit violent crime disproportionality more than any other race, which by your logic makes it okay?

https://www.statista.com/statistics/585152/people-shot-to-death-by-us-police-by-race/ Also police are more likely to shoot white suspects than black suspects. "An early study, published in 1977, found that a disproportionately high percent of those killed by police were racial minorities compared to their representation in the general population. This definitely plays apart in it. Given also that murder among black men is significantly higher than the rest of the population. On average a black man is more likely to be murdered by another black man, than by a cop, or any other race, and in some cities with high rates of gang violence, black on black murder, is at epidemic proportions.

And there are other studies which show the opposite. I think the same thing applies. I think men are more likely to be killed by police than women. I think it would be a bigger indicator of whether a police interaction would lead to death, being a man, not a woman, compared to white and non white, regardless of the reason for the interaction. 95% of people shot dead by police were men, and this has been true since 2017. While in total more white people were shot dead than black people, at about a 2:1 or 3:2 ratio, depending on the year. (obviously…

They do in the final few paragraphs, I don't believe they know the exact cause. "It was the woman’s first time in custody and she required treatment for her arm injury which she received on January 25, her defence lawyer told the court." It should be noted that the fire was started on the 25th as well. Her entire arm from shoulder to wrist was bandaged, and I imagine it's a burn injury sustained from the flash over when she lit the fire likely with some kind of accelerant that has vapourised pri…

That could possibly be the case, however, that doesn't seem to be what it is, and I imagine if some non famous guy did the same thing, it would get very similar publicity, because the focus in the media and in society, wasn't his status, but rather what a atrocity it was and murder in generally is relatively rare in Australia, with a small population and a decently low murder rate. Positive role models are all well and good, but as far as psychology goes, negative role models, or people who express negative reactions have a far greater impact on people than positive role models. I would hope so, however, in this day and age, it wouldn't be hard to either put he/she, or they, yet they specifically wrote in he. The other issue though, if you look at the definition of rape, rape is only when someone uses their penis to penetrate another without consent. A woman cannot rape a man, because it doesn't include forced to penetrate, and also from my reading doesn't include objects inserting either.

So if a man has issues with being touched sexually while he is asleep, he "has issues" or should see a therapist. But if a woman does, that's a okay? You realise the sub you're in right? If a man is okay with it, that's fine, but if he's not, he shouldn't be made to feel bad for having issues with it. If you don't think men have to worry about pregnancy then you haven't spent enough time in this sub. An erection doesn't equal consent, and being a man doesn't equal consent, and just because a man…

What I don't understand is that child support is a thing because with parental rights comes parental responsibilities. And in the cases of sperm donors, and when you give a child up for adoption you give up those rights so then you don't have to pay the responsibilities. How is it justified that men, who are barred from seeing their children at all, are still forced to pay child support. You can't take away his rights but make him pay his responsibilities as well. If they follow local laws on how sperm donation and artificial insemination must happen, then there isn't a legal argument to make those men pay child support. Because if they tried to it would easily go to court. Even when people don't follow the law they still sometimes get outa of it. https://fox4kc.com/2016/11/30/kansas-judge-rules-sperm-donor-does-not-have-to-pay-child-support/

That ruling was overruled in 2016, and a higher court ordered he did not have to pay child support, adn was not the child's father, and upheld the agreement. In 1442 the Catholic Church banned the practice of religious circumcision in the 11th Council of Florence and currently maintains a neutral position on the practice of non-religious circumcision" However, this should also be noted: "Circumcision is the world's oldes…

Well they think masturbation is bad, they thought doing this would stop masturbation, but clearly that never worked. There are some medical reasons for it to happen, but it should happen with the patients informed consent, unless that obviously can't happen, such as a child with a medical issue that requires it. But not just because.

I knew a kid at primary school, a fair bit younger than me, who would laugh when he got hurt, or was being hurt. No idea why, and it was strange, and even he didn't know why. He even told me to try to hurt him, nothing too bad, and see if he made an owww reaction. He did not, he laughed at everything. Finger bent back laughing, a very hard noogy laughing, etc. etc.

If you think because you don't see your hair doesn't mean people are self conscious about it. Dying your hair bright pink is far different than dying it your own colour to get rid of grey hairs. You ahve a very narrow and stupid view of self esteem if you think because you don't look at your hair all the time it can't be about how you think about yourself. Just as people wear nice clothes, sometimes its for others, sometimes its for yourself...

That isn't true at all. Babies who are healthy for the majority of the pregnancy can still be stillborn. Things can happen to mothers body that cause the baby to die, that wouldn't show up as anything wrong with the child.

Our medals would get mounted into a single plate that we can attach to unifroms, same for ribbons. The medals is called court mounting. They look like this, and personally looks better IMO. The gongs are also glued down so they don't move, which makes them easier to wear. And we would take our new medal, with the piece of paper to the uniform store and they'd do it all for us, haha.

Don't know if I'd say "to blame", medals in Australia really don't accurately show someone's service, unless they're combat corps or infantry, and even then. And bsides, given the limited number of deployments we've had, if you signed up recently, it really can be luck. They're called red guns. They're used in training situations when you don't need a real or working weapon, and you only need to train with the weight and shape of it. Most military in the world uses red guns (sometimes they're blue). They are easier to sign out for trainees, safer, don't require checking back into an armoury afterward and is a great PT aid.

I think your comment can be summed up into the age old saying, that seems to be lost nowadays, even though it is so true. A chain is only a strong as it's weakest link. And you're only as fast as your slowest team mate. When you have someone weak in your section you get dragged down, everyone ha to pick up the slack, and it reduces the effectiveness of the team. You know shit is bad when having someone in your team is harder and reduces your performance, more than having one less team member.

The PFA, as they say in the link your provided is the Pre-Enlistment Fitness Assesment. This article is about the BFA, or the Basic Fitness Assessment, which is the basic, bare minimum fitness test EVERYONE in the Australian Army must do and complete to keep their Readiness level. Might have something to do with not being in the Atlantic and being in the southern hemisphere. The Australian army does make sure that people are deployable, obviously there are some liberties that can be taken with some specific people in specific jobs. However they're still deployable. Maybe to an extent, but the US training from what I know of it, is far more limited, and silo'd. The training that's common across all soldiers in the US, is far more limited. But that's because the US military is huge by comparison. And the costs are exorbitant. From my understanding, each soldier in the US does not receive training on every single small arms platform the army maintains. And being a rifleman, is a very broad term in the Australian army. And each Rifleman needs to be able to fulf…

I believe it has something about the government and the Lithgow not wanting to be part of the international guns trade, especially with an "assault rifle". At first it was the government, and then Lithgow felt the same way after Christchurch. But the export F90 isn't going to be like the real F90. It was going to be the F90 MBR, and would have looked like this https://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/2-1.jpg

I think I understand you, but they weren't failing, the test is considerably easy, and for women, even easier. If you can't run 2.4km (1.5mi) in 13:30 (only 10.67km/h (6.67mph), which is a moderate jog) something's wrong. Or do 21 pushups. If all these women are failing all of sudden, then maybe the women coming to join aren't cut out for it.

We already had a two tiered system, that gave women much lower standards to achieve because of the obvious issues with biological sexual dimorphism. So there wasn't ONE standard. On top of this, there are already job specific physical standards. These are called the PES. Physical Employment Standards. And these focus on more of the specific tasks you might do in your job. Not all jobs have them, because some jobs are easy, and aren't exposed to specific tasks that require a different set of stan…

I think the Army is trying to hard to find women to join the army. Reducing standards, reducing minimum serving time requirements etc. The army isn't just another industry where females are represented 50/50. It's the fucking military. It's hard, it's rough, the hours suck, the work is hard, and demanding, you will get sent to war, you will be sent around the world to fight bad people. The Australian Army is a purely voluntary force. People need to want to join, and people need to choose to join…

My friends own mother said to him, after he finally told her, he got spiked and raped by an ex girlfriend who was stalking him "how could you get raped if you didn't have an erection". Her implication was, that if you were raped, you couldn't have had an erection, and therefore, if you didn't have one, how were you raped. Obviously physiology says differently. And every man who's gone through puberty, can attest to the fact that erection don't need a cause, and they certainly can't be controlled…

What do you mean sizable portion? Don't know what militaries you're looking at, but for the most part, in the Australian Army, the people are fit. The men are fit and strong. There are some who get into the ranks, who would never be out in the field anyway, and might fill an important role somewhere, and they may get a pass. Granted you used to get 3 chances to pass, with 1-4 weeks between tests, but failing meant being sent into remedial PT, in order to pass, and remedial PT sucks. If you don't…

Harder? The Australian army is a small army, as such the mantra we have is everyone is a SOLDIER FIRST. Everyone needs to be able to work as an infantryman. And besides that you choose your job before you get to Kapooka. Prior to going you already need to complete an even easier fitness test, and by then you've been employed under a specific job title.

No it just more women, who aren't physically capable, (their requirements were already lower than a mans) are getting in, going out with men, and putting on a strain on the men, or the army as a whole. What happens when you ahve to lug around 35kg pack for 10km of shit terrain. Can the 60kg woman who couldn't pass her BASIC fitness assessment do it? Male 11:18 Female 13:30 Even at the Age of 45, men still have to complete the 2.4km run quicker than UNDER 25 Female, at 13:12. The BFA is also a higher requirement to the PFT for pushups and situps. The BFA is the BASIC FITNESS ASSESSMENT. The bare minimum. And for women, it shouldn't be hard. And in the Australian Army, because we're a rather small military, everyone is a soldier first. Yeah if a woman can pass the same tests as a man, ahve the same physical fitness, resilience and endurance, sure. But biologically, this is rarely ever the case. You have infantry units or special forces sections that will sometimes carry 30-55kg of gear. The average female is smaller, weaker, and has less endurance than a man, and that's biological. Special forces are usually in the 80-90th percentile, when it comes to fitness and strength. The same 80-90th percentile of women, are not in the s…

Not 21-22, that is quite old. Yes I agree toxic masculinity does exist, in some circumstances for sure. But what the media and feminists are bringing up isn't Toxic Masculinity at all. Eg if forced to choose, a majority of men and a (strong) majority of women would rather push an innocent man off a bridge. This seems like a strawman. There's a difference between saving one gender FIRST, and intentionally causing the death of the other.

I understand children first, most normal people would hate to have children die. Perhaps it extended from that. Children first, and then those children needed adults so give them their mothers. By the same token a private entity banning one or more people or groups for using words like that, or hate speech, isn't violating your right to free speech. Most people would personally rather not pay for it. What's an onahole? I also wouldn't compare porn and sex at all. When they make a sex doll that's at least indistinguishable to our dicks, women will have a crisis of irrelevance, as a lot of men who still continue to put up with their shenanigans for the pussy, will just stop. Women will have to either provide men with the same thing as a sex doll, i.e. no shenanigans, all sex... or provide something that a sex doll can't that is worth it.

If a father wants to, and the kid isn't theirs, that's their prerogative I guess. But as not the biological father, or adopted father in the case of adopted children, you should not be FORCED to pay child support. Yet the government will subjugate an entire demographic (Women) because men can't be arsed to go apply to a different job? logic?

It's not even just in their body, it's in their body "feeding" off of them. Taking blood, nutrients, posing risk. Everyone should have the right to decide what gets to happen to their body, they have a right not to put themselves at risk of death, from another what is essentially a parasitic TUMOUR (it certainly meets the definition of a tumour) that feeds off and needs their organs to survive.

Except it's not that simple. It isn't just another body. Let's say for instance that one day you wake up in hospital with someone to your back (back to back). You obviously freak out, and ask what's going on. The person is a famous violinist, and his kidney's went through shock after an injury left him to develop rhabdomyolysis, and his kidneys need to repair themselves. So they attached him to your kidneys to allow him to filter his blood, and for his kidneys to have time to heal. Now if you we…

Yeah the big thing isn't about lying with those things, but it's about a person caring enough about the lie that they get a response when they say it. If you lie, but the lie is inconsequential it isn't going to illicit that kind of "emotional" biological response.

Pretty typical of narcissists too. They love to talk about things that make others look bad, or them look good, but if you flip it back on them and it dawns that they don't look to great; they suddenly don't want to talk about it. And some women tend to do this by bringing on the water works, and then you're attacking them, and once again they've succeeded in making men look like the bad guy for making a girl cry..... Some women are the best manipulators.

And they wear that TO BE SEEN in that. They wear a bikini and nothing else, and that what THEY WANT TO BE seen in. As soon as they're wearing clothes, they don't want you to see their underwear. How is this hard for you to grasp. This is getting into creepy territory now.
/r/MensRights19/06/18 08:03 AM

Except a taking a photo of someone in what they are intending to be seen in in public is different to taking a photo up their skirt, to take a photo of their underwear that they are purposefully not displaying. You're sick buddy
/r/MensRights19/06/18 08:02 AM
11

Are you seriously arguing about the term act of god? Wow... semantics much.... Context is key. And generally if a person is wearing clothes, that's what they want you to see, not their underwear, and not their genitalia... I honestly can't believe you're attempting to argue against up-skirting photos, both legally and morally.
/r/MensRights19/06/18 08:01 AM
-3

Of course there is expectation to privacy of your underwear covered by your clothes. Someone subverting you clothes ability to cover your underwear or genitalia is is wrong. Then you stupidly compared it someone willingly, and purposefully exposing their breasts on a topless beach.... And then even more so, you compared it to people on gonewild....
/r/MensRights19/06/18 07:57 AM
3

Your comparison is just so stupid it hurts. Going topless means that you are choosing to expose your breasts to the public. Wearing a dress or skirt, means you don't want to expose you a) panties, or b) if not wearing them your genitalia. Of course there's an expectation of privacy to not have someone take a photo up your skirt. You do know what upskirt photos are right? It often happens to women not wearing short skirts at all.
/r/MensRights19/06/18 07:54 AM

If you're wearing a skirt of dress, then yes you have an expectation of privacy for your underwear, or possibly, your genitalia (should you be commando) from being photographed by some weirdo.

It should be noted that any bill has to go through both houses for debate. I know Australia is a tad different, but we work on the same model for Parliament. Bill starts in the Lower House, House of Representatives (House of Commons UK\ Congress US). Then once it has been debated and "accepted" by the government and opposition, it gets sent to the Upper House, The Senate (House of Lords UK). It gets debated here as well, and this debate has a little more substance generally, and is the more "Imp…

Yeah the evidence shows this. Something like 80%+ of all fathers without custody hold full time jobs and basically close to all (minus a couple of percent) of them pay their child support. With women it's something like 20%, and even then, less than those make their payments. The same goes (just worse) when the roles are switched. Oh yeah, women in Muslim countries, are legitimately oppressed I'll give you that. But feminists don't fight for their rights or life. In fact they go so far as to support the men oppressing them, by fighting against people who try to argue against the wearing of a head scarf and sharia law, or the laws imposed on women in Muslim countries.... Feminists are weird. They fight in western countries to have more rights than men, and still call themselves oppressed, and do nothing but actually suppor…

Except that's not what it's about. Do you even know what the octane number is there. Its not linear... RON is basically proportional to the temperature you can heat it to before it flashes or spontaneously combusts. As you compress the air fuel mixture it heats up. If you have too low a RON/octane number for the compression ratio and speed of compression/rpm, then the AFM will detonate before the piston reaches bottom dead, causing a force to be exerted on the piston. Octane number doesn't mean …

At the same time, A LOT, of incels, have this fucked up thinking that they have a right have sex with women. And I have honestly never seen or heard that type of conversation before. Incels tend to think that they sex is a right, and that talking about sex with girls, and being socially stupid and trying to get into every girls pants, and being denied by these girls is some how oppression. I find it hard to believe that you have worked in several places and all were as shitty as you describe. Also given what you describe is of places with all men, then obviously behaviour is going to be different. I agree that's certainly toxic. Where I live there aren't too many convictions based on she said. Not in the same way no. The thing I'm pointing out here, is that if they are on a list for a false accusation, having being convicted of it, they are much less likely to believed should something actually happen to them. This would lead to specific victimisation in that people could go look at said list, find some woman in their area, and go and rape her or assault her and then pull the, well she's lied about it before card.

It would lead to vicitimisation, and regardless of what they've done before, further punishment is not okay. They would be at high risk for actually getting raped, because well, they filed a false report last time, whose going to believe them. And we don't like it that we are considered guilty of rape, and lying about being raped, as men, so we shouldn't wish it on another person.

I've never understood the mentality that every aspect of life should be 50/50, or whatever they want. Like it's an entitlement. Sure there shouldn't be any gender discrimination, but to assume that every aspect of life needs 50/50 diversity misses the point of the free market and capitalism.

I certainly think that in such cases, you name neither party until a guilty verdict is reached, if it isn't the person isn't named. Rather than going for a name them attitude. I certainly think that in the case of a false rape accusation charge and trial, both parties should be named, as it's a matter of public interest, to both exonerate the man, and name the guilty party. I don't however think there should be a centralized list, that people are placed on like is being suggested.

The difference between sentencing time and actual time spent in prison, comes down to Parole. If the average sentence is 9.8 years, that would be the average time they're sentenced to, and this time is based on mitigating factors, and other personal factors like first offence, and was it a violent rape etc. The amount of time you actually serve is more to do with the Parole system, and good behaviour and the like. Not really. That's more akin to Appeal to Spite, or Appeal to Ridicule. In the example the argument is being attacked, because of the person they are. Ad hominem is only attacking the person. The Ad Hominem example is not an example of ad hominem. Ad hominem is an argument that doesn't use any of the debate or points being argued, it's most commonly seen as "You're a fucking idiot" "You fucking moron" "God you're retarded" etc. Instead of attacking of their argument you attack the person. The example given is more akin to appeal to spite, or appeal to ridicule.

I understand the scoioeconomic factors of most African Americans I WAS NOT justifying any disparity in sentencing. However, it is incredibly hard to determine what comes from the situation surrounding a crime, because no 2 crimes are alike. And even 2 people who commit the same act, i.e. work together generally have different factors as well. Age, previous history, did one have a weapon and one not? etc. etc. Let me iterate, as it doesn't seem clear in my first comment, I do NOT agree with any s…

PD have many many officers, these camera's don't run all the time anyway, and so only events which the officer activates the camera for are going to be recorded.... And even if it did, going through that much footage would be impossible. so this thought of being reprimanded for taking an extra pen from the supply closet, or a roll of TP, because your super poor or something is just ridiculous..... If that's condescending then maybe your own is too.

Except this is not how the Body Cameras are used. They aren't watched 24/7, and the recording don't come in and someone go through them. They are stored, and then only if something happens, like a shooting, or someone is injured by an officer, or there is a complaint are the body cameras recording reviewed... The body cameras are not there to watch everything a cop does, they are activated by the Police officer, and they record the 30 seconds prior to the button being pressed without audio, and …

Why would the blind process bad in any of the aspects you mentioned. Why would race and sex, in a normal work environment change how well someone gelled. The blind process still ends up in interviews, so you still interview people, you still get to know how they work and how well they process different situations etc. A blind process is good though, as it will eliminate any claims feminists might have about hiring being sexist, and men getting picked because they're men, when in actual fact, men…

Equity and equality. As someone who was once in the army, we got this drilled into us. Equity and diversity. Everyone should be treated equitably, as in, fairly. Not everyone should be treated equally. We have a rigid hierarchy for a reason, and that certainly means people wont be treated equally, but they should be treated fairly. It's a little bit like the difference between equality of opportunity and equality of outcome. Feminists want equality of outcome, which means you CANNOT have equalit…

I think in some cases, judges can give what appear to be relaxed or low sentences. But generally speaking they must take into account every aspect of the crime, and the person when sentencing. As far as the justice system and finding people guilty and the standard of proof of "beyond all reasonable doubt". Whilst we accept that there will sometimes not be evidence in some cases, and some guilty people will not be convicted (although we will never truly know who they are) the justice system is de…

Restitution is usually separate from prison sentencing. And usually requires someone pay back any monetary value that was stolen etc.... that's a given. Although a bank likely never loses any money in the end, because of insurance etc.... Armed robbery of a bank for instance in the US, is a federal crime, and so is a much worse crime than burgling the neighbours.

In most jurisdiction, if someone is found guilty of ATTEMPTED [CRIME], then it is considered to be the same as actually committing the offence. Remember guys, even if you've been found not guilty, even if the jury come back after 5 minutes of deliberation, if you've been accused you're already guilty. But these are being used everywhere, and even in legal proceedings. Feminists also always use these lop sided statistics, to try to justify shitty treatment of men and especially now this pre treatment of boys as being abusers, before they've done anything, because they're male. Having such a large study and analysis of DV is good way to shutting these statistics down.

But it has, the OP of the graph posted the link to the info where this came from and it SPECIFICALLY doesn't include violent versions of this. The statutory rapes are specifically collected ones which were "consensual" and they were only rapes because the law specifices they cannot cosnent. So like I said this was controlled for these other variables to include like for like crimes and severity of crimes. See here for that comment which is the data that was used.

Except the "wage gap" isn't a 2:1 ratio..... The gap is just too large, this doesn't appear to include charges with aggravating circumstances, making the crimes significantly more serious. A 2:1 ratio is just too high for this to be controlled by any other factor.

Incredibly valuable when women try to diminish the amount of DV that occurs againt against men, stating the 1 in 4 number, whilst saying only small/negligible amount occurs to men. What's most shocking is that fact that women perpetrate more DV than men, by quite a significant margin, and that when you include emotional, and psychological violence and abuse, of which women are superb experts, the stats jump even more for female perpetrated violence.

No, because that would be completely legal, because that's the age of consent. Statutory being, both parties could have consented, and both been willing participants, however, the law, the state, says that person cannot consent.

I've heard this before, but I can't find any actual evidence for this, in the crimes act, or any other criminal Act. It appears to be at the discretion of the judge, and what might be considered a "common sense" approach. Given the age of consent is 16, I don't believe that there is any rule people 16-18 years old. That is completely stupid comparison. Deaf is the definition of NO hearing, and using that comparison is like saying I have NO sensitivity and NO pleasure, which is just wrong. From that link it seems it would be equivalent to a hoodectomy. Although even then this can lead to more loss of pleasure of sex than circumcision of a man, to the point where sex is barely enjoyable, and a clitoral removal results in almost no pleasure. From the evidence I provided, it does seem that there is not that loss of pleasure. I certainly find it pleasurable too, and I definitely wouldn't want to be more sensitive, that's for sure.

This is common across the world. From an Australian Territory Supreme Court Judge, in a case of a assault on a police officer. The assault on the police officer is also to be regarded as objectively serious. The seriousness stems not only from the nature of the injuries but from the need for society to protect those members of the police force who are themselves engaged in the protection of society. A police officer may voluntarily go into a dangerous situation. That does not mean that he or she…

Well there isn't. The age of consent in most of the developed world is 16 (anal sex being 18 years old in most places as well). An adult can legally have sex with someone 16 years and older. Legally there's nothing against the law between two 16 year olds having sex or having a sexual relationship. There are provisions in the law, at least here in Australia, and I believe they also exist in the US, where even if one person is over 16 (still under 18), and the other is under 16 (not including if …

No joke, if a 14 year old girl/boy took a photo of their genitals or similar, and sent it to their boyfriend/girlfriend that is technically "distribution of child porn". I'd put money on only the boys in each of the situations being punished, if any punishment ever eventuated

Wow, so not only will they take away kids from their actual fathers, they've begun to demand money from men that aren't even the fathers, because they couldn't keep their pants on/remain faithful. And how the hell is a state backing this up or enforcing it? How? There would be no legal basis for this, nor any legal precedent.

Here is some more studies on the issue, somewhere about 35 studies came to the same conclusion. https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/all-about-sex/201510/does-circumcision-reduce-men-s-sexual-sensitivity Researchers in Kenya surveyed the sexual function, pleasure, and satisfaction of 2,784 uncircumcised sexually active adult men. Then they circumcised 1,391 of them, and re-surveyed the entire group every six months for two years. In every survey, the two groups showed no statistically significan…

As someone who was circumcised for medical reasons, there does feel like there is this crusade to tell those who have been circumcised that we are missing out on a LOT. Obviously I don't agree with neonatal circumcision, unless necessary, or circumcision later in life. But I know for myself and for other men who have been circumcised around my generation where there weren't many either, it is very distressing some of the unfacts that some other men come out with obviously to help support not doi…

This is what get's me quite a bit. A person is incapable of giving consent to a person in a position of trust, power, or authority such as a faculty member initiating a relationship with a student whom they teach, or an administrator in a relationship with anyone who reports to that position Of course someone is capable of doing this, on what planet is someone incapable of this....

I'm just pointing out they aren't equivalent. But my point is I don't think really anyone would compare these two as being equal in nature with regard to secondary sexual characteristics. Even on myself as a man, my chest, or my nipples are not equivalent in "sexual" nature to my beard... I would mostly not be concerned with someone touching my beard, whilst I would if they touched my chest or nipples.

It is. Different/worse treatment based on the sex of a person. Literal definition of sexist. I said the action was assault..
/r/MensRights28/01/18 11:26 AM

I don't know if that would be "equivalent". It's a bit of a farse to say a beard is the same as boobs, yes they're both sexual characteristics, but one is highly private, an erogenous zone, and highly sexualised, and covered up (Covering up of the breasts and shaving are also not equivalent) If you read there as well, enlargement and changes to the labia minora. It would NOT be the same to touch a man beard, and then her labia minora... For instance.

I said what is harder about walking down the street? Oh here we go with the privilege BS. Yes the family courts in nearly every developed country in the world favour women over men. We are talking about gender discrimination, which means you have to compare it to the other gender. If you don't or if both genders are discriminated it is just plain discrimination. So if you can't see why you MUST compare then you really don't know what you are talking about it. The is the ever increasing demand to…

Of course it's not consistent, because it isn't. A kid may know that hitting someone is wrong, but he may not know (just because, or because he is told) that it is wrong for the baby sitter to touch their private parts. That's the problem with children, sometimes they can make reasoned decisions, other times they can't. It all depends on what the decision is.
/r/MensRights19/01/17 11:01 AM

Lets hope not. I use the argument of drink driving against the whole being drunk can't give consent thing. If someone drink drives they are held responsible for their actions, so if she is let off with a lighter sentence due to her intoxication then that puts in jeopardy drink driving laws, because I was drunk I couldn't have chosen to drive home... Fucking piece of shit deserves to have the book thrown at her and shoved sideways up her ass.

Because they are easily manipulated into making decisions, especially by people with a form of power over the child, like a teacher. Generally speaking though the analogy of children making medical decisions applies to a small minority of incidents. Whereas most are not capable of making that kind of decision, that's why the age of medical maturity is 16, not 13. An adult is considered to know the difference between right and wrong, in all situations. And an adult, especially a teacher should kn…

It comes down to the hierarchy of their relationship. The teacher is essentially in a position of power over the 13 year old. And because of that alone it is already seen as bad. Then there's the fact that a child is a vulnerable person. Their front lobes aren't as developed as an adult, so their decision making skills are pretty bad. But they are old enough to know the difference between right and wrong. They know that assaulting someone is wrong. But their ability to make a decision that isn't…

What I don't understand is if you were this drunk, and drove a car, you'd be held responsible for your actions. You can't claim you couldn't consent to driving. Obviously if someone is unconscious they literally can't give consent, but neither can they drive a car. Being drunk isn't an excuse, it can't get you out of any other decision you make, like assaulting someone, driving a car, or killing someone. Why then does it allow women to be able to say "I was drunk I couldn't have consented, even …

It would be good though to give men(fathers) the same benefits as women(mothers) when it comes to thing like maternity/paternity leave, so in cases when women want to work full time, have career goals want to climb a corporate ladder, and the fathers would prefer to work reduced hours or not at all, its just as easy for the father to take leave as it is for the mothers.
